Residence Inn by Marriott Branson

Our room was a one room studio, the only drawback in the room was no door to separate the bathroom/washroom from the bedroom. If my wife was sleeping while I was getting ready I had to try and use as little light as possible from the shower area to use the sink because there was no door to separate the sink from the bed area. Otherwise the room was great for the two of us. The kitchen and dining area was just right for our needs. The hot breakfast provided for the Inn was utilized and welcome for us because I am a rise and eat kind of person so my wife could sleep in while I went to eat where I would not disturb her. The only drawbacks to the stay was that the basketball goal was not in working order if I had wanted to play and the indoor pool was not quite big enough from more that about 6-8 people to move around comfortably. Also the bottom of the pool was rough enough to scrape a knee or elbow or whatever happen to skim the bottom a little too hard. Over all we had a very pleasant stay, check in/check out was smooth and there were no problems signing up on-line through the third party.

The front desk hostess Terah was extremely helpful and professional she made sure family members arriving later rooms where on my floor.

The breakfast was OK. Nothing special about it. Same thing everyday. Hot tub was inoperable. Rooms were clean , hallways dirty. Has a structural problem that needs addressed. Hallway to the right of the elevator is sinking to the left.

Staff very friendly and accomodating to our needs including our pup who thoroughly enjoyed those Milk Bone treats every time we passed by the front desk!

Nothing. We didn’t even stay the night It was gross, the room looked like I was staying in the hood with a big hole in the carpet on the floor, painted windows, banged up fridge, duct tape on the walls, and uncleaned floors it looked like. They had a pool but it had scum around the edges of the water and said they had a hot tub but it was cemented in. I didn’t feel comfortable at all letting my 1 year old daughter stay there

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a service that will deliver show and activity tickets to your room, which is nice. Pool was clean. Carpet did not seem vacuumed, but room was very clean despite that.

Room was in fair condition. Needs some updating (bathrooms specifically). But seemed to be clean and easy access to the strip. Felt like things were a bit crowded for the space with the amount of furniture in the rooms and living area. It met our needs for a reasonable price. I would stay again for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet.

Pool seem like it had musky smell but other than that staff was great.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. From an extremely easy check-in and wonderful service at breakfast! We will definitely be back :)
