The condo was clean, it had everything we needed, online passport was nice just needed to be a little clearer on how to read the room number. Our door code wouldn't work but they were quick to assist and help with a new code. Pool towels would've been nice if they weren't a mile away and available in the condo. What was frustrating was the family in the condo above had several small children they let run and stomp until 3 am all 3 nights and the resort said all we could do was call the non emergency 911. The resort couldn't do anything since they made reservations with someone else. Umm it is your property......

The tvs wouldnt work right and 1 was missing a remote but the maintenence said they didnt think they had any. The floor was so dirty we had to leave our shoes on because our socks were black on the bottom after walking around the unit. The furniture was extremely broken down. All of it needed thrown away and replaced. The sheets and towels were clean and there were plenty. The layout was weird though, only one bathroom had the sink inside, all the rest of them had the sink in the bedrooms. The cabinets like the furniture were extremely worn. Definitely in need of updating. For the price it is not worth it. This unit shouldve been way cheaper.

The property and amenities were outdated. The TV in the living room was a 24-inch model, and the carpet was old and worn. This did not feel like a calming getaway but more like a disappointing and stressful environment.

Didn’t have either

Reason for four stars - VERY VERY DATED condo. Def needs a refresh! It was like stepping back in to the late 80s early 90s. The dryer had to beat least 25 years old but it still worked so …. Not enough linens and no detergent to wash clothes. Trash can in kitchen was really size of one for a bathroom so we were constantly having to run trash to the dumpster. No smart TV and it had a vcr and dvd player LOLOL. Let’s get with the times please. Coffe mugs were so old and faded and all Christmas mugs - useable just tacky. Jets in bath tub didn’t work and none of the outlets top outlet worked limiting what we could plug in. Didn’t provide messing for queen size sofa bed which made no sense We only paid about $160 a night so felt that was somewhat reasonable but it should really be priced lower and def don’t pay anymore than that. Overall satisfied and enjoyed our stay in Branson. Side note: go on the showboat Branson belle. You won’t regret it!

Staff was excellent, the room was just what we expected and it was awesome.

There was also the sound of constant running water in our bedroom. We could not tell where it was coming from.It sounded like it was coming from up above. We were on the first floor. I reported both of these issues. There wasn’t really anything they could do about the mattress, but someone was supposed to come and check on the noise in the bedroom, but no one ever showed up. We will not be staying there again. No compensation was offered and in our opinion it should have been.

Everything was good other than it would be nice if the room had been a little cleaner on the floors, we had young children, their white socks quickly turned black with dirt and their hands and knees. The floors appeared clean to the look but I guess they had not been mopped in some time, but everything else was clean I would say.

The accommodations were perfect! Extremely clean and and we felt safe. The hotel staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful and gracious. I have stayed at Thousand Hills several times and will continue to stay at their properties in the future.

Would love to stay again sometime.

What I did not like was that the master bedroom had a walkout sliding door with no handle to open and close the blinds. It also did not have a black out curtain so the sunlight is getting thru even when the blinds are closed. So i was up at like 6:30am no sleeping in for me. It was also noisy you can hear everything above you. The people above me had kids running around and when they used their jacuzzi tub you could also hear it.

Expedia gave wrong info on pools , restraunts, bar at our condo location. The room really stunk bad due to a hot water heater leak, they came in with fans and try to help with the smell but it didn't work

Place was nice and clean easy to access and staff were friendly

This place was great! It was such a a comfortable place to stay. We were there for a week and it felt like a home away from home. And we got lucky, the room we stayed in was directly across from one of the pools. I loved having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a lovely enclosed patio overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was big and had everything you could ask for including a coffee pot, toaster, and even a blender. And the property is so close to the 76 Strip and all the amazing fun to be had there! It was right around the corner from Fritz's Adventure and about 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. I also really liked that there wasn't a huge cleaning list to have to do before check out. They just ask that you take out your trash (there is a trash receptacle in front of every building) and start the dishwasher, easy.
