The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was very clean and all of the staff that we met were very friendly. This was probably one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed at in the Branson area. The location was great and the price was very reasonable. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Branson.

I put out a sheet of paper for housekeeping for 2 fresh towels. I got them right away. The check in and check out ladies were very friendly. The staff handling the complementary breakfast were very helpful.

We stayed 2 nights and the room was very nice. Breakfast was great. The staff was amazing. Bonnie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Beth worked in the boutique and was also there to help with bookings to shows and events. Service was amazing. Will stay there again next visit to Branson Mo.

Relaxing by the pool and hot tub after running here and there is just what was needed!

The staff was so friendly. The place was clean and the location was amazing.

The front desk was extremely friendly at check in at 9pm & also at check out at 10am. The room was very clean. The sink in the bathroom of 425 had a broken drain. It was stuck in the down position. There was also a piece of metal on the bed-frame that sticks out & I banged my shin on it.

Outstanding hotel!! We stayed here twice in a 3 week period and everything was exceptional each time. The staff, the room, the breakfast area - everything was great and very customer focused.

This was the perfect hotel for my visit out to Branson. The hotel was clean the staff was amazingly, friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean and inviting. The pool and spa were open until midnight which I thoroughly enjoyed and the daily breakfast is always something that keeps me coming back to a choice hotel.

The indoor pool wasn't what one would call luxurious, but they did have one. The hot tub was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We were quite happy with our stay!

Pretty good place for the price. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. My only complaint was that there was a strong odor coming from the AC unit.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The property was clean and well maintained. We saw many employees doing types of cleaning and maintenance that we have not seen and any other place before. We even asked the employees how they liked working for the company and no complaints, very encouraging!! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool was great, the breakfast was delicious, and most of all the staff was so friendly and helpful. I completely recommend this property!!! We will definitely be staying here again.
