Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills

Room was extremely clean. All staff members were always cheerful and always able to solve anything I needed. Everyone went beyond to help. Special koodos to Kaleb.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, off the strip. The only complaint was the bed, not comfortable at all. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well maintained. The breakfast was decent

Clean room friendly staff

The hotel is quiet at night. It's in a great location. The only issue was the hot tub. The first night it was working but the second night the jets weren't working. As we were leaving the following morning someone was working on the hot tub. So not sure the issue but hopefully it got fixed quickly. Staff is very friendly.

Clean room breakfast was ordinary

Everything was wonderful except our lighting in the room. One lamp had no light bulb in it and another lamp was plugged into a broken outlet where neither the top or the bottom outlet worked. But the facility was great and we would stay there again.

Property was very convenient to many attractions. The downfall was the lobby and the hallways were very hot, uncomfortably hot! Our floors, that weren’t carpet, were sticky. Our bathroom door also would stick and wouldn’t open all the way.

The room was clean and stocked. The only thing not great was the pillows were a little small. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Good hotel, nice staff, awesome pool and I’m good location. However before we checked out we found a dead bed bug in our bed.. we let the front desk know and instead of offering help or even feeling remorse, she simply said “okay thanks” as if it’s a common occurrence.. so check for bed bugs!!
