I loved the amenities. Best bang for your buck if your looking for an apartment style hotel room. Everything worked as it should For the price, nothing. Great rooms, great staff.

We love everything! The gentleman working the front desk. We have stayed here numerous times and I've never seen him before. At check in I noticed in the camera that the pool looked like it had water in so I asked if it was open. He was kind of smug about it, looked over at the monitors, and said it looks like it. It was May 8th, most don't open til Memorial weekend, so I was a little surprised. Then, we decided to stay a little longer than our Sunday checkout time. I called the front desk, where the not so friendly man answered again, and asked about a late check out. He informed me they don't do late check outs, which I was completely fine with. I asked if I could just add another night then and he said sure, just come down Sunday morning by 10, check out, and then reserve another night. What sense does that make?!?! A late check out was to sleep in, relax, before we headed home. Now I had to get up early, throw some clothes on, go check out, just to have them redo my key card for another day. Absolutely pointless! I would much rather have paid for an additional day and slept in!

Always a nice stay. Great for families.

We love the location and how quiet it is. We have stayed here MANY times and this was by far our worst experience! We reserved the two bedroom suite because my parents were staying with us this time. My parents chose to stay in the room with 2 queen beds. Their AC didn't work, never even came on, and their was no toilet paper other than what was left on the roll. When I called the front desk, from our room, he said, "we have more at the front desk. Are you already here?" I told him yes and gave him our room number. He brought more within 5 minutes. We stayed in the room with the king bed. The remote changed the channel but would not control the volume. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The closet doors were BOTH off the track and fell. There was no laundry detergent, tissue or toilet paper! Never before has this ever happened!

The staff was friendly. There was a lot of space in the rooms. It was a quiet location. The beds were not super comfortable. They were sleep able but not great.

NO CURTAINS ON WINDOWS BRIGHT LIGHT THRU THIN BLINDS ALL NIGHT MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP

The beds were old and broken down. the furniture was very dirty. I was not comfortable to sleep an glad I brought my own bedding. Stayed awake because I was afraid there might be bugs so we kept the lights on. Could not sit on the toilet seat in my bathroom. It had excrement on it. The price was high! When we got there, the desk clerk said she didnt know if they had a room, yet they already charged my card.

I liked how the rooms of the hotels had been converted. Nicely done. Great idea for hotels not in used anymore. Quality of mattresses were not good and needs to be replaced as well as bed pillows. 20" square pillows don't work well for sleeping pillows. Needs to be standard or appropriately sized pillows for bed. I.e. king size pillows for king bed. Other than this, place was great!

The people up above us walking around all night till after midnight!!!!

Very peaceful. Staff friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms. Pool was very nice and the lounge area was nice. Beds were comfortable. No shampoo or soap for showers. Even if it were travel size would be nice. No coffee for big coffee pot. No lights leading down outside stairs not safe could fall when dark out. Play area could be updated but had fun playing mini golf. Pillows in room were horrible.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and included all we needed to make meals other than the food. Bed was comfortable and the couch in the front room was comfortable to sit and watch tv. The only thing I didn’t like was the steep hill—we walked to a concert .3 mile away and the hill was brutal for a couple in our 70s. But we survived! If we go again, we’ll drive to the front parking lot, then walk to the concert.

Location was good We were given a room that had not been checked. They had us in the wrong date. On the website they show a putt putt course, cornhole and other amenities but they did not look like the pictures. It was not worth the money.

Great condo. 1 person, 20 night stay. Kitchen had full fridge / freezer, toaster, microwave and coffee maker that I used to heat my water. Good-sized sofa in living room, to watch TV. Location for Mansion Theatre excellent. Washer / dryer and huge bonus. Had to visit the office to get more soap. No one to change the sheets during my 3-week stay.

The beds weren’t very comfortable

The rooms were perfect for our stay with our kids and grandkids. Off the main road was quiet and relaxing. They had fun outside activities to enjoy with the family.
