Very friendly staff with nice nighttime treats and great breakfast options. Location is handy being on the yellow route.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard with hot options. The dining area is upstairs with no elevator. Could be an issue for some. Next door to a putt putt golf course so grounds didn't feel crowded like some you see in Branson. Ice cream, cookies and cobbler were a nice treat at night. Close to shows and food without being on the busy main drag. Would stay here again.

There was not multiple outlets by the bed to plug in anything to charge the phone or anything else you brought with you. Did not have the maid come in and clean any rooms while we were gone even though we put maid service on the door.

I've been staying at Brookwood for regular trips to Branson for a few years. Happy to have found a hotel in a convenient yet quiet location. Staff is so friendly and treat you like family. Breakfast and evening dessert are top notch. Already planning my next trip in the fall.

We stay at Brookwood Inn every time we come to Branson. : ) You can't beat the price for what you get. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the free breakfast. After a busy day in Branson, we are usually too tired to stay up late for the cobbler and ice cream, but I bet it's great! Maybe move the time to a little earlier? We love that it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and that there is also pirate mini-golf right next door! The rooms are nothing special decor-wise, but the beds were very comfortable. My husband, who is a light sleeper was able to sleep without any issues. If you're looking for a place that serves as a clean, comfortable place to rest your head for the night, this is it!

This was our second time staying here. The staff is very friendly, the place is super clean, you get fresh towels everyday and the price is right.

This was my first visit to the Brookwood and it was just a place to rest my head overnight, but it was a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, the desserts in the evening were tasty, and the continental breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms with good breakfast

Room was clean. We enjoyed the evening treats made available from 9:00-11:00 PM. Great location and would book again. Staff was hospitable.

The pictures of the property were a little bit of a misrepresentation. We were really expecting a much nicer accommodations. This is your typical tourist town motel. It was very tight for the three adults we had in our room. The rug was stained, the bathtub was stained, the toilet ran off and on and the faucet leaked. Since we were just staying for two nights, we were glad that the beds were comfortable. If you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room, this could meet your needs.

If you want to be close to the strip this is a great option. There's a pirate themed miniature golf course right next door. If you just need a no frills place to stay this is a great choice. Id definitely stay here again.
