Holiday Inn Express Branson-Green Mountain Drive by IHG

If staying in Branson, we would stay there again. Its not been the worst one we have stayed in. Our hotel had a sink inside the bathroom and sink outside. The pool was one of the best amenities and the kitchen staff were very attentive.

Great looking facility compared to ones near by. Room and lobby were clean and nice. Staff was very friendly even giving us some ideas for things to do around town and they also gave us a map and activity book. Another perk that I loved was the pool was open u til midnight. Sadly we just had an over night there but if we come back we definitely will be staying at this location again!

The staff was very nice . The room was clean and spacious. The shower was nice and hot. Breafast was ok bacon was very greasy.

Location was the only perk. Hotel pricing for a kind sized room for one night was highly overpriced.

We need handicap bathroom and room to get around jn a wheelchair. The room really fit what we needed. I guess not a thing.

My partner and I had a very amazing stay here and 10/10 would recommend it, let alone stay here again. Staff and amenities were tremendous and maintained properly. Great hotel and staff!

The room smelled like mildew. Room was clean but it needs maintenance. Staff not very friendly.

The breakfast attendant, a Black woman, was rude to me and several guests.

Our stay was great. Breakfast had plenty of options. Pool was open late hours and early morning.

Friendly staff, helpful booking shows. Breakfast was ok, they were busy during our stay so the breakfast room was full.

Parking was good, had no issues with that. Check in was super easy as well. When my family and I got to the room, it had a bad moldy, mildew smell that stayed the 2 nights/3 days we were there. When getting out the shower, I seen a little centipede on the bathroom floor. Did not appreciate bugs in the room. Anything we plugged in, did not want to stay in the outlets due to the outlets pushed into the wall so far. Fast forward to the ride home. A staff member had called and said they were trying to check us out and was unable to because our payment didn’t go through. I of course, argued back because then why would they let us stay for 2 nights if my payment didn’t go through. Then during this conversation, said staff member out of the blue said they would have to charge me for damages for animal feces and awful odors. I again argued back because I don’t even own pets so why would there be this mess. Staff member said she had videos and pictures and I told her I am requesting to see them. She said she would send them immediately. I waited 45 minutes and nothing came through, so I again called back. Staff member claims that she was super busy with checking out softball team(which had left the day before me). I said ok, but still want the pics and videos. She then changed her tone and said I should have trusted my customer and I will take off the damage charges that were applied to the account. I again said they should have never been applied. I will never come back to this hotel
