breakfast was good. Lady whom prepared omelettes was extremely polite staff were unavailable at check in. Checked into extremely hot room. Turned on air-conditioning and refrigerator then left room for one hour to let it cool down. Came back and housekeeping had entered room and turned it off even though there was no reason for them to be in room. The room finally cooled off in the middle of the night

I have had multiple back surgeries and had booked & paid extra for a handicapped room with a shower chair. That is not what we received. I spoke with the front desk and I was told that since I had booked with an 2nd party and not with them, nothing could be done. Our room had no hair dryer, no shampoo or body wash. Plus, I’ve never stayed in a hotel with no microwave. We requested maid service on our third day, however didn’t receive it. We actually ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to request some, plus shampoo & body wash. We were promised we would receive maid service the next day. Someone did finally come & clean our room that next day. At this time we received shampoo, but still no body wash. I actually used shampoo for my shower. The location of the hotel is great and it is a decent price but, needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

The continental breakfast is not very good and not replenished very good. They really push for you to buy the breakfast bar. The two pools were very nice and well maintained.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast deal, other than the free continental breakfast. Great amenities. Definitely will come back.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean & balcony was well maintained. Although we did not use the pool & hot tub due to bring @ the water park all day both looked beautiful and clean. Definitely a cool perk is they are open 24/7 as is the sauna & work out room. Poolside bar and grill available as well as a scoops ice cream. Free continental breakfast and a breakfast buffet u can eat for $7.99 and u get a bogo coupon on check in. Only downside was with multiple buildings and entrances it was difficult to figure out your correct entrance from the back lot.
