My kids and I stayed here in the heart of Branson for one night, and it was an excellent choice made amid the many options competing for your dollar in the Tourist Town! When we arrived shortly after Check-In began Housekeeping was very backed up due to many check-outs that day, and they didn't have our room ready for us yet. After a short wait, however, the wonderful front desk staff-person got us an upgraded room immediately at no extra cost, with a beautiful view overlooking the country-side and the hotel's nice outdoor pool! The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and as I mentioned previously the view and balcony was great! This hotel has two pools, and while we didn't end up utilizing the outdoor pool due to our busy day, we did enjoy the indoor hot tub and pool, and having both options was great! Ultimately, my kids and I were extremely pleased here, and discussed how we will definitely want to stay here longer when we come back to Branson and stay in town longer than we did this trip! I highly recommend this convenient, and classy hotel as you're sifting through your many options in Branson!

Great older hotel with nice amenities. Staff was excellent.

It was our first time to Branson and we loved it. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

Maintenance could be a little better but it wasn't bad. Bathroom was very small. The coffee maker look brand new but didn't work. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Our stay was overall great no complaints whatsoever staff, pool and hot tub, check in / out was smooth! Totally love how close it is to everything would totally book again looking forward to it!

We arrived shortly after the 3pm check in time. Was asked to wait while the room was inspected to make sure it was clean. Our room was in the “back” tower. The walkway to enter our tower smelled so bad like sewer. Noticed that there were multiple sewer man hole covers located near the entrance to the building. It smelled so gross! Restaurant on site was not open, tho signs stated that it would be. Outdoor pool was nice!! Overall, our stay was ok but probably would not stay there again!!

We loved the fact it had 3 beds, but very small bathroom to change your clothes, when you roomed with my husband, son and grandson, other then that it was perfect 🤗

Perfect location for all the fun stuff in Branson
-
All was good water in shower could of been hotter took long time to get warm

To make matters worse, we checked in about three hours after the official check-in time, yet the rooms still weren’t clean. For the inconvenience we experienced, we expected much better communication and preparation. Splitting our family into two rooms completely changed the stay we had planned, and the lack of cleanliness only added to the frustration. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Front desk was extremely helpful but the breakfast buffet workers needed help

We booked a suite on the 7th floor for the jetted tub in room for our anniversary and there was no hot water. I tried 2 times, morning and night and still no hot water. Also, there was a poster in my room that said call for room service with our on sight restaurant. So we called and they said we dont do that. Why advertise an amenity in the room if they dont do it. Also, the whole 7th floor hallway smelled like weed and it crept into our room a little bit. There's clear no smoking signage in the hallway. When we checked out we voiced our concerns and front desk guy said "oh, sorry" like he didn't care. We left our phone number for the manager to call us later in the day to see if they could give us a refund or something and no one called us.

The sweetest guy let us in early he was amazing . The room was nice clean and I would 100 % go back if I’m ever back that way.

They made me wait almost 3 hours to give me my room, and I had already reserved it. I didn't have any water to drink.
