Awesome Stay a great place for families on a budget.

Location No service, never had anyone check to see if needed clean towels, coffee while we were there for 3 days, for 120 a night princely, using the same linen for the whole stay. We stay there 3 to 4 times a year.

The night management was nice. Room wasn't like pitcure. Bed was hard. TV remote didn't work. Key card didn't work last day. Breakfast wasn't really a Breakfast. I won't stay there again.

Staff was super nice. Didn’t like how they advertised having a pool but when we got there, the pool didn’t have any water in it. Kids were so bummed!
-
Too much furniture in our room. The breakfast was in a separate building you had to walk down hill to or drive so we never tried it. Located on 76 so it was easy to get to. Probably won’t stay there again though.

The refrigerator was a nice size. The location was great. The staff was nice. We received no instructions on how to use the key cards which ended up being confusing as there were two different types of cards. I was very confused as to what the cards went to since I didn't receive any instructions or clarification. Then there was a man that was inside his vehicle facing our room windows for over an hour which was strange so we reported it to the office. After reporting this we left the property. When we returned, after about an hour, the man was still inside his vehicle but now he was sleeping. He ended up sleeping in his car all night long in the parking lot until the morning and nothing was done about this situation. This left us feeling really uneasy and I would never stay here again since nothing was done and they allowed a man to sleep in his car facing our room all night long.

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, rooms need updating. Shower screams at you, but water pressure was fantastic. Room did smell like Missouri's new state flower

Property had a nice appearance, great location, and easy parking. Upon check-in the lady upfront complained about the weekend guest, and how they had to clean up vomit from 3 different rooms because the guest had just came back from a concert! The beds were HARD, the outside noise was a bit much, my carpet was wet in spots. I had asked the lady when I came back after dinner if they had any guest in the room I am in now that had gotten sick. She said they closed those rooms for the rest of the weekend! She told me it was from the shampooer. (Sure) Our TV was not connecting, we called them and they came up to fix it. I again asked when the carpet was wet and had gotten my socks wet. He just said we shampooed them earlier. I said okay I bet my room had been one of the “closed” rooms. He just said have a good night and left.

The room stunk from someone smoking weed. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Other than that, it wasn't bad. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean

Couldn’t sleep because A/C fired up every 5mins, blasting me with cold air because the bed was up against it. In between blasts was strong odor of pesticide. ADA room that lacked ADA standard amenities. No blow dryer for my wife but a very nice staff member tracked one down for us. Outside rear entry was very sketchy, with large beaten up trash dumpster in view, crumbling concrete and faded stripes that matched the worn out look of the building. Safety was a concern.., especially from being in the rear of the building & out of view from anything. Included breakfast was non-existent. Emailed Expedia at 2am during my sleepless night that we wouldn’t be spending another night there. Hotel should have but did comp the room. Best Western up the street was a huge improvement!

Room was okay. The outside was dirty and sidewalks were wet from condensation. Getting to breakfast was difficult and confusing.
