Food was good. Staff were friendly. Close to lake. We have stayed there a few times but probably for the cost change our next hotel in Branson.

I wanted to love this place, and really looked at it as an upgraded oasis when my family reserved it for a spring break trip, but it's gotten pretty outdated. Our room was dirty and smelled terrible when we walked in. Talking to staff was impossible with the lines. They texted me to ask how our check-in went, and I responded, crickets, no word back. I'd stay somewhere else. Don't get your hopes up.

We’ve stayed this property before and we’ve always loved the property. This time it just felt different. They’re charging $15 a night for parking even though you’re staying there. The bathroom floor and carpet in the room were not very clean. The bathroom at the marina was out of service. The weight staff was OK, but not as good as it’s been in the past. Château on the lake used to be more upscale. Now I would say it is not quite meeting that standard. We probably will not go back. They did refund our resort fees due to these inconsistencies.

Our room was so stuffy and hot we had to go get a fan to use and we were still sweating. We contacted the front desk three times but the room condition never improved. It was very disappointing stay for the price.

Great place, tons of spiders.
-
Nice hotel and amenities. Only negative was some areas in the spa was closed.
-
Great staff, rooms aging a little but still comfortable.
-
Poor maintenance. Only one man on duty at night. Room cleaning 2nd day wasn't until 4:30.
-
Wonderful views of the lake. It was super charming and relaxing. Paying for parking.
-
Very lovely room. Staff was very helpful. I had a room with a balcony over the pool. I would have preferred to be able to sit quietly on my balcony in the morning. Instead music was playing all day at the pool even when no one was there. Reduced hours of music at the pool would have added to my enjoyment.
-
Great view and awesome pool unfortunately pool was packed with locals poaching the pool! Room was musty

Our stay at Chateau on the Lake was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Everything was great. Staff was amazing and helpful. The facility was nice and clean and everything was open. Restaurant is a little on the high end side but beautiful views of the lake. Definitely worth it.
-
location, location, location. Hotel needs updating, but is wonderful. Great place for lodging in Branson!
-
The property is nice. The pool, spa, snack bar are all very nice. The views are spectacular. The rooms are very dated. The furniture is all banged up. There is a refrigerator just sitting out in middle of the room. The floors in public areas were very dirty. The staff was not very bright. There was no water pressure in the sink. The restaurant food was terrible. The spa was outstanding and top notch. Highly recommend it. Cob webs were everywhere. Landscaping was beautiful. Flies were everywhere inside and out. Needs major updating. Looks like it is still in the 1990’s.

Hotel property was gorgeous stayed 1 nite room Wasn’t ready when I came after 430p I did come back n stayed he concierge was waiting for me very nice room
-
Our AC system in the room was changing by itself, first ac then heat. back and forth, was a rough night
-
The location was very nice! Having the restaurant and coffee shop was a nice addition as well. It was quite outdated.
-
Beautiful view. I did not like the extra fee for parking. That's understandable in areas with limited space and multiple modes of public transport but that was not the environment here.
-
The staff (and especially Aubrey) were so helpful in making the stay memorable.
