Everything Nothing

Beautiful hotel! Rooms could use a little more detailed cleaning but overall a nice and comfortable stay. Make time to use pool and enjoy coffee and a sweet treat on the terrace. Views spectacular and common areas clean and well kept.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The rooms, the views, the amenities. It was wonderful. I wish I'd allotted more than 2 nights for our stay.

Issues night one with staff who was not helpful. Hotel manager helped next day, but moving rooms at midnight was not a fun experience after we had already told them about AC a couple of times. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, but undergoing some management changes which sound like will help the attentiveness of some of the staff.

Exceptional

It was beautifully maintained We had a water isssue a couple of times but it was resolved
-
Everything was first class, the staff was very helpful, the food was great, the facilities were top of the line and the room was clean and comfortable. It was well worth the higher price than some of the cheaper & worn down hotels. We will be back!

Toilet didn’t go down effectively so bathroom had a odor
-
Having a movie theater inside the hotel playing family movies throughout the day. This made the property unique beside the interior is very relaxing.
-
A very dated and shabby looking hotel. Dark old rooms with old furniture from the 70s. Dirty balconies with insects and spider webs everywhere. Laundry room had 1 damaged washer and 1 broken down dryer. Carpets smelt bad.In-room safes don't work. Not worth the prices they're asking for. Staff is aware of the problems, helpful and very kind. Views from the lake are nice. Hotel needs a total revamping.

Location Getting woke up at 2 o’clock in the morning with the alarm said we needed to evacuate went downstairs for not even two minutes. It was told we could go back to our room that there was no emergencies.
-
Location is great overlooking Table Rock lake and out of the hubbub of Branson, Mo. which can be crowded. However it is close enough to be an easy excursion in to go to shows or other entertainment venues.

Then went to dining room for dinner. We stood 15-20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Waited 10 more minutes before being seated as they were setting up and cleaning tables. After finally being seated, the waitress was great. Thought about leaving but had a long day and didn’t want to leave property.
