The Suites at Fall Creek

Elevator stopped working on the 1st day.

Loved the layout and the space for our family of 4 (two teenagers).

Checked in and our room wasn’t even cleaned from the previous guest. We had take our stuff back downstairs and move to another room in another building, all in the rain. The staff did not care about any of it. The front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal that the room was unclean and we had to move in the rain. They sent security up to check the room and they never even showed up. Then our key stopped working halfway through our stay. I spoke with the manager who did refund us one night but I doubt any employees were reprimanded over the situation. We had issues when we stayed last winter and gave them a second chance. No more chances. Do not stay here unless you want to spend half your time sorting out issues.

Overall we love staying at the Suites of Fall Creek. There were a few little issues this time. the person that checked me in wasn't very friendly. She also failed to tell me that the elevator at the condo unit they assigned to us was out of order and we had to lug all are luggage and provisions up four flights of steps, which amounted to about 52 steps each and every time (over and over again). This did not help me much as I have a bad hip and knee. I should have complained from the start; however the person checking me in told me this was the condo they had available, which was clear in the back of the complex and that was it. If she had warned me about the elevator ahead of time, I would have tried to get moved. I will not let one bad incident deter me from staying there again; and when I book I will definitely tell them I need a lower floor or at least a working elevator. Just be very careful to find out everything ahead of time.

Room was clean, the adjoining door frame was broke, could not lock the door. I had to fix the door knob on the bathroom door, it was falling off. The rest of the room was nice. Plenty of parking for vehicles.

Perfect gem we found and will definitely be back!!

Everything was good, very clean, except for the carpet! I’d give carpet a number 2.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family! The activity center, pool and mini golf all helped make our trip excellent!

Nice place to stay. Used to be better but now staff not confident of rules and service has been compromised. Again it is a clean property

I wouldn't say it was terrible for the price. This is based on me staying there four nights so it could have just been the room I had but it did not been cleaned properly there was food left in the microwave in a bowl nightstands head oily bottle Rings all over them elevator was filthy I did report that to the front desk and they offered to send somebody the next day sometime to clean the room. I mentioned the elevator and 2 days later they did at least sweep the trash out of the elevator. Heard other people at the desk when I checked in that night complaining about their room being dirty. With a little cleaning it could have been a nice stay.

Even though this was a much older renovated condo, it was not clean. The management was very quick to refund me half of my stay which I did appreciate. Small fitness center, hot water heater didn’t work in one bathroom. Bathrooms have not been cleaned very well. Not recommended to stay.

Great condo's for the money and the staff is always fantastic and super helpful me and my family have been coming here for years and will continue to use them during our Branson stays!
