This may seem petty, but when you plan a week vacation, particularly for a birthday, you expect things to be up to a certain standard. Prior to giving you your parking pass for your stay they want you to commit to sit through a 90 min presentation of their time shares. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD WE DO THIS? Especially after this past experience? To be honest, I'm tired of being disappointed. Next year I'm going to be looking into another property.

It was great. It was a little hot to do everything, but plan to come back when it cools off. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was awesome!

I loved that they were able to honor my request to be near the Pond area. When I checked in, the lady was so very nice. Every staff member that I came into contact with were really great: Front Desk, Concierge Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping. I wish I could stay long term....that's how much I love it there. I will definitely rent again! Thank you all so much!
