I really enjoyed my stay! Room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were perfect. I was there on a Thursday and Friday evening and was able to spend quite a bit of time in the pool which was the perfect temperature and not at all crowded. I love the theme and design of this hotel! Whoever designed and remodeled the hotel and property did an awesome job of having ample spaces to congregate with family & friends (individual fire pits, the lobby bar, the outdoor fire pits, hot tubs, pool with fire pits/movie screen, bar, etc). The whole feel of this hotel made it comfortable to congregate outside and enjoy time with others who also were traveling there. My drinks were tasty, but a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a memorable stay for my 54th birthday! Hope to come again in the future. Thanks!

Rooms were nice and facility has a great location with a nice outdoor setting. I liked being able to fill my ice chest from the ice machines without getting scolded. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to plug in my hybrid to a wall receptacle since the tesla plugs would not work with my vehicle. The hamburger place next door had outstanding food, which also enhanced our stay. I would stay there again for sure. I travel a lot for business, I was very surprised there was not a hot breakfast with eggs, gravy, sausage, biscuits and bacon. I know they buy this stuff pre prepared and simply warm it up, but it is still pretty good. I have stayed in places for much less of a cost and they still served a hot breakfast. Also, the trash cans outside were always full and the receptacles in the rooms were very small. The check in experience was a little disappointing as the Bar was busy and we had to wait on the hostess to serve several drinks in between us trying to get checked in.

The hot tub had hair floating in it

The front staff was very friendly. The lobby is a cool place to hang out.

It's so cute! Felt like the perfect getaway. Very family friendly and the staff was great!

The rooms stunk and are small, breakfast was low quality. The staff were ok.

Really cool place. Loved the hot tubs by the creek. Nice bar in the lobby.

Amazing! The staff was exceptional! We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us. The coffee/bar was really great. We came back after our Branson show and listened to the live music which was awesome. We will definitely be back!! Nothing

Great service and friendly staff!

This is our second stay. Once right after it was remodeled. It was a very clean room. There was a humidity issue that caused an odor in the room. Everything felt damp. It is dog friendly and we were next to a very noisy couple of pups this time that barked through the night along with adults shouting through the night. I love the room layout with the bunks because we have kids but I'm not sure how kid friendly I would call it.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

It was a beautiful property, super cute to take pictures, enjoyed the amenities, and were excited to go back with our children next time! There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I loved the hotel. Very clean and amazing spot in Branson, MO. Only issue I had was it smelt like mildew most of the time due to humidity in the room. But besides that, its amazing.

Great experience!

Facilities all were nice and worked and a lot to do on the property. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful Price

I was expecting basic hot breakfast options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles or pancakes for the kids, but unfortunately, there were none. Most of the available options were prepackaged and processed foods. I understand that every hotel is different, but I felt that the breakfast lacked the variety and fresh, hot options that guests normally expect when breakfast is included with their stay. This was definitely the most disappointing part of our experience.

Bug when we walked. In both rooms. First got put in the wrong room. Paid 455 a night worth 100 max. Nice pool

We had higher expectations for this more expensive choice in the area. General maintenance a bit neglected.
