Disappointing

The staff was amazing and breakfast was too. My room was very musty smelling, it was very strong.

Great place to stay. Very clean and inviting. Breakfast was great! Wish the hot tub worked but was still a great stay with my kids and husband

Branson Hillside treasure! We love that the pool was still open and was kept beautiful and clean! The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the 55-in television. Parking was easy. We will definitely be back when we have a stay in Branson

When we got to our room it had a horrible smell, we thought it was because it had just been cleaned. You know when times you have soured mop it can make a smell. We came back for the night still a horrible smell. When walking to other side of bed socks got wet because the floor was soaked(carpet). Woke up with nose stopped up from what appears to be a mold smell. Then got up the next morning was brushing teeth and heard a nose from underneath the sink, then a splash on leg and the sink was leaking and not draining the best. Just overall a horrible experience. Pictures attached toilet paper soaked from carpet being wet. Next toilet paper under sink to show it’s leaking as well!

Property is very clean and very nice looking Nothing

Breakfast included was good. Weekday stay was nice, no crowds. Battery on our door went dead and the key would t work. Maintenance came to fix it very quickly. We ate dinner one night, it was delicious.

Great stay! We will definitely be back. Super clean and super helpful staff at the front.

A maze getting in and out of to go shopping and dining. Another hotel close by had lots of construction so I understood why our room was so cheap.

The room was pretty nice, and quiet. The staff was awesome! The parking was close by, and easy to get to the rooms. The breakfast was nice, and had a buffet style with many options. Hot and cold breakfast options. Biscuits, and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash-browns, fruit, and different types of cereal. coffee and juice. Also. has a restaurant on site. There was drinks, and snacks you can purchase at the front desk. The carpet in our room seemed to have a some form of a stickiness to it. It wasn't bad, or anything but I did notice it. Im not really sure. The bed was great, and very clean. I always check under the sheets and mattress. We did see two little insects in our room called an earwig. My wife found one on the bed our first night. Then the next day we seen one in the bathroom. That was it. Completely harmless. Other than that it was fine.
