Element Branson

The place was great. We will stay there again, but two things caused me to give a 4 rating. No hand soap at the bathroom sink. Had to use soap in the shower and there were two dirty glasses in the sink. Not a game changer. We think housekeeping just missed them.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was quiet. There had been a power outage on the day i checked in that had impacted the hotel most of the day. Because of that they were unable to offer breakfast the next day as they had thrown out the spoiled food. They gave me a 10% discount on my bill to make amends for it.

Power was out the first morning so we couldn’t get ready for our expo, place was super dusty. Shower was dirty. When the AC was on it sounded like a lawnmower out your window.

Close to Branson strip. Great rooms and breakfast buffet. Recommend!!

We did 2 nights and were very happy. Great for families. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good. Pool and room were clean. Only problem was we called for towels to be brought up because we had a full room and stayed 2 nights without any cleaning service and they never came. We could have called again, but it was late enough we just decided to skip it. But we would stay again

The hotel was incredible. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the bartender, Mark. He made our stay exceptional.Will be staying here every time we visit Branson

It was newly remodeled, everything was crisp and clean. My GPS had a bit of trouble finding the location, tried to route us through the water park, etc. We did eventually find it on the winding road.

We really like staying at this hotel, it’s new and very clean and modern. Our room was clean and cozy, comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed delicious breakfast in the morning, would definitely stay here again.

Customer service wouldnt helpt woth added two rooms weeks ago. Then when. My 16 year sold got into an accident there was no help from the hotel over our stay. Poor customer service. Enough for me to never recommend

Exceptional

Great hotel. New and modern. Great espresso maker at breakfast.

Excellent choice with the variety of selection of hotels in Branson. It was convenient to many attractions, super clean, with a great staff. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions and directions. I will be staying at other Elements properties in the future. I hope they are all as good as this experience.
