The shower is excellent. The view to the Ozarks from our room is amazing. The breakfast fair. Very well located, new.

The breakfast was good. The cleanliness was good. That I didn’t get the type of room I reserved. They had some that were reserved but the guest hadn’t arrived yet but I couldn’t have the room even though we arrived first

Element was beautiful! We loved our room- couch area with tv to watch college baseball! Full kitchen! Island with bar stools! A desk area. The hotel was so clean and so beautiful! The fitness center was great! I liked all of it!

Charging five bucks for parking is cheesy and they do not do it until you check in, if it was just in the cost of the room instead of stacking that would be preferred. Also avoid the breakfast, coffee is great but pass on hot stuff as its not hot

It is a new hotel very clean, breakfast was good, they would make you an omelette had a yogurt bar as well as a cereal cart. The fact they charged us $5 a day to park that was not listed when booking. I find charging customers to park when the price per night was a little high is not good policy

Great experience, very helpful staff!

The gal at the front desk was a peach! So kind and welcoming. Got us checked in and gave us a run-down of what's what in the lobby/amenities. Unfortunately, my child and I are very sensitive to scents and room fresheners/room sprays--and our room had a VERY strong room spray that we couldn't tolerate. I went back to the gal at the front desk and was met with nothing but outstanding hospitality and customer service. She immediately looked up other available rooms like ours (King bed) and let us go with her to ensure it was scent free for our health needs. The initial replacement room smelled the same, but not as strong. So we tried a 2nd replacement room and it had no smells at all- it was perfect! She immediately got us cards for that room and changed us over. We looooved our stay! Clean, comfy, PLENTY of towels!!! Breakfast the next morning was great! Cooks making eggs/omlets and sausage on a cook top, serving it to order on the spot! LOVE. 10/10! This is our new go-to place. I almost didn't want to leave this review b/c I want to be selfish and not share this gem! But credit needs to be given where credit is due! GREAT JOB BRANSON STAFF!!!! WOOHOO!!!

Clean, location, and super nice staff

The shower was leaking all over the bathroom every time you took a shower, whoever installed it did a crappy job. We wished that they would tell you there would be no room service daily, so you would expect that. I was housekeeper back in the day, that we had to still go in the room and make the bed and tidy up where we could and take old towels out and new ones back in. That's kind of crappy that hotels have gotten so lazy with customer service, when we pay so much now for a room.

The staff was helpful and polite. Location is excellent with easy access.
