Hampton Inn by Hilton Branson on the Strip

Breakfast is great. one of the reasons we stay at Hampton Inns.

Location Room was dark only one ice machine for all five floors. No snacks.

Staff from checking in to room service were all super friendly. The included free breakfast was good. I really liked the waffles and the coffee bar was very good. I would look to stay here again if I'm back in Branson. Family picked this location, so I didn't compare room rates, not sure if the price was excellent or not.

No hot tub

Jan, the staff lady at the front desk, was very cordial and helpful by answering all of our questions and making excellent suggestions. There was only limited seating for breakfast. More tables and chairs would be nice.

Nice variety of foods. Dinning area was kept clean. Staff was there to help. Staff were very cordial. Even though the hotel is being renovated, there was no ice machine on our floor and no vending machines. The hall carpet on our floor really needed to be cleaned or replaced. Lighting in the room was very dim. Very warm in the hallway.

Location was good. Not knowing that the hotel was under construction and there were no amenities available.

Location cannot be beat. Quiet. Squeaky clean room. Lobby is under renovation, so entry is temporarily moved to the back. Our room was completely renovated. Breakfast was top notch.

The room was in good condition, but when I booked the to I was not told that they were doing renovations. After I booked the non-refundable room we received a call stating they were in the process of major renovation. Breakfast was affected too making the experience disappointing.

The whole hotel was under construction. The third floor was completely closed. The “hot breakfast” was Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches we had to microwave. The deadbolt in our door kept engaging on its own causing us to have issues getting in our room. I selected traveling with pets in the Expedia app but the property still made me pay an additional $82 for my small dogs. I absolutely would not stay here!!

I loved how friendly everyone was. The room was nice! Being woke up at 6 am by construction workers, and the fact, that I never received my deposit of $50 back this morning, kinda was a bummer.Also, what I was quoted online it's not what I actually paid. In total, I paid $280 for a one night stay. So, the fact of being woke up way too early and over charged, was the only reason I didn't book it for another night.

Hotel under renovation- breakfast was very good for being on the go breakfast We were not notified by the booking agency that the property was under renovation. Noisy during the day.

And you had to take it back to your room. Extremely inconvenient I’m not sure whose fault it is. But the hotel was under a serious renovation. It was not Listed as such on internet. I paid through your company - 182. It ended up costing me 234. With the condition of the hotel/ should’ve been cheaper instead of higher Will not stay there again/ or use your company again.

Yes, and the beds were so comfortable

Beds were hard

Close to all the attractions They were doing a total remodel so things a little out of place

The hotel was under renovation. Can’t wait to revisit when completed.
