None We asked for a balcony we did not get a balcony in the bed was too hard we tried to smoke outside of the room because it was a non-smoking room he said dude said he was going to charge us extra for smoking outside and I was in my pajamas and he sit there and stared at me while I was in my room

Location, price, clean!!!

The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately

Didn’t tell us if there was a breakfast Hard bed, toilets kept running sink sprayed at you instead of in the sink.

Ac works room was ok

Not much traffic Pretty much quite Good water temperature Good ac and heat No microwave No WiFi Was cleaned but had not been dusted or tidy since Not enough towels No filters for coffee just one prefilled Carpet needed to be spot vacuumed

Arrived at the facility and it was closed and we did not receive any notification.

It was close to the strip It was dated and needed a facelift

Bad-hard pillows, beds too soft.

Room was good. AC wasn’t the best. worked for our last minute trip. Parking is one way in and out if your room is on the backside area.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great location in Branson's theater district.

Dirty carpets, what appeared to be blood splatter on the bathroom wall and when you turned on the tub grass came out of it.

They had a room available. It was the July 4th holiday weekend. The price for the room was a bit higher than it should have been. Definitely needs upgrades. The front desk clerk had no personality. ?

Location was the only good thing about the motel. Staff was rude and came in my room while we were in there. Staff was rude at check in. My daughter and i were staying in a room together and the clerk questioned why. He later came in my room while we were in there. Also when my family stopped by to meet us so we could go to lunch the man from the office came into the room asking why they were there. The motel was dirty with cigarette burns in the sheets. Curtains weren't even hung properly. Only one light worked. We ended up calling it a loss on the second night and booked else where. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Good location Gross pool. I was COVERED in bed bug bites when I got home…

Don’t stay at this place. Rooms stinks. Mattresses are hard as concrete. Rod in shower broke. Very poor place. 0-10=-30 on the scale.

The guy at the desk was very nice and accomodating. Branson was busy and everything was full that weekend
