Quality Inn West-Branson Theatre District

As soon as we opened the door we saw some roaches by the door frame on the floor. I almost asked for a refund but realized it was non refundable. As soon as we left our room to go to the store and got back, I received a voicemail in my mobile phone that the guy watching surveillance cameras saw that I had a dog and it wasn’t registered even though it was noted when I made the reservations. It was kinda creepy. Not doing anything wrong but it makes you feel like you’re walking in egg shells with the amount of cameras on property. We were on vacation not in prison. Won’t stay there again. We like protection but it’s overwhelming. Went to breakfast the next morning and you have to use your room card and there was a long black hair on the cups to get your waffle batter. Ruined my appetite…. Not a pleasant experience. The toilet paper holder was 2 or 3 feet from the toilet and it was an inconvenience from the toilet.

I like that they had a sperate building for breakfast instead of cramming into a lobby. It was a nice location as well

The breakfast bar was exceptionally good! Everyone that worked there was kind!

Unfortunately the breakfast was not well accommodating to my diet restrictions- not much I could eat that looked good. Family skipped breakfast on last day and went to restaurant down the road. Will reconsider if I stay here again.

Was what we expected

This hotel was an affordable option if you just want a place to sleep and go. Kind of outdated but was clean, a little musty smell. Breakfast was the normal hotel fare.

We enjoy sitting outside in the evening. The big downer for us was we could not enjoy 2 of 3 evenings on the pool building deck due to people smoking. Maybe not a big deal for some, but impactful for someone with a breathing impairment. Posting that area as No Smoking would help.

Tub

Staff lacked personal cleanliness. Shower had been redone to qualify for handicapped but the shower head had to be held and was too low for standing up. Room was very cramped.

BED BUGS

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Branson. It’s close to everything but in a calm area. We ordered door dash a few times which was really convenient with everything close by. The towels are a little small, so if you’re a giraffe like me; bring your favorite with you. That’s literally my only note. (:

Very pleasant experience. A little dated, but clean, neat property. Very nice staff.

Our room was very clean. We needed a handicapped room for my husband with a walk in shower. We didn't get that. We did get a pet room with our little dog. Can't have everything. This is still our favorite place to stay in Branson!!

TV didn't work, called and young man plugged it in and got it working with another remote. TV would not turn off at bedtime , so had to unplug it. Morning plugged it back in but could not get it to turn on..(guessed I needed another remote for that)

It is clean

We Love this Hotel, Staff is always friendly and helpful. We prefer a particular room and they always seem to be able to accommodate us.

The check in staff was very accommodating. Appreciated having a hot breakfast available on site. The indoor pool is a plus. Will stay there again.

The location near attractions The poor maintenance and poor cleaning of the room. The mattress box spring was nasty dirty and torn found trash under beds bathroom smelled of dirty water

Location of everything. The access to a place for my pet to waly and run. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The price was very reasonable.
