Quality Inn West-Branson Theatre District

This may be an older hotel, but for the price, the quality of my stay was fantastic! Ryan was attentive and helpful, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was quiet and safe, excellent grassy area for pets, breakfast was generous, and the rooms were updated and very clean. This is not a rundown hotel. Highly recommend if you want to ball in Branson on a budget!

Great location

The room smelt like mold. The sheets had blood stains on them. The tub was dirty when we arrived. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was scrambled eggs. Did you add water to? The hot tub did not work. The pool had rest + was over chlorine I do got to say the staff did give you clean towels everyday and if you put your trash outside they came and picked it up.

I like it spouse said he like another place better..

Acted like she had just started working there. The pool was supposed to be heated. It was ice cold. the hot tub was supposed to be hot. It was lukewarm. I dont plan on staying here again.

This motel is beyond needing updated. There were mounds of cobwebs in our room, the ironing board didn’t have a cover that was actually still attached, the tub had peeling anti-slip stickers and looked like it was dirty and old, the AC unit was loud and clunky and if you tried to raise the temperature, the heat would kick on and smell like burning hair, the TV volume at level 2 was too low to hear and at level 3 was too loud to be comfortable, the main desk staff were unwilling to be helpful and were very dismissive, the pool was super cold (we saw a child actually physically shivering after being in it), the breakfast was so-so but don’t get there late because once they run through their “daily quota” of cups or waffle mix they don’t allow any more to go out, and it has a rent-by-the-hour vibe. I could go on and on! It was so disgusting that not only did my stepdaughter not want to be barefoot in the shower, we also cut our stay short by a full day and just left! Again, the front desk staff were no help and basically said “sorry, you didn’t give us 72 hours notice so there’s no refund for you.” We will never stay here again nor will we recommend anyone else stay. It left a bad impression on us for all Quality Inn’s and also Branson. One of the very worst places we have ever stayed!! For the price they charged, this place should be far nicer! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Proximity to many great activities The beds feel like sleeping on a table. The ac didn’t work properly and my room stayed almost 80 the whole time. The room smelled like bad B/O when o first got there, had to get some air freshener just to make it manageable.

Had a good selection

No towels for the pool, Hot Tub (look warm tub with no jets), food on ground around pool both days. AC not working properly. Stood in a inch of water while showering, slow slow drain. No conditioner in shower. The lobby smelled of curry.

The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. We didnt get to the breakfast in time. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

Great check in, 2 room hot tub suite was amazing!!!! Breakfast, above and beyond!!!

Room was satisfactory, it was okay for just myself. Reservations thru a third party were not paid to the property when I arrived, I had to make a 20 minute call to get it cleared up before the staff would release the room, that was a pain.

Could use updates

The room was clean and property was close to the things we wanted to visit.

Stayed in the suite and loved it. Two bathrooms and very spacious!! Great location to everything as well.
