Breakfast was great, everything was fresh and kept replenished. Staff were friendly and kind. We were unable to turn the hot tub on it was under a locked panel, however the water was hot and nice to sit in.

The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com. Instead of the updated room we expected, ours had old carpeting, felt damp and dank, and was in serious need of maintenance. There was even a gap around the air conditioning unit where you could literally see outside through the wall. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only made the experience worse. Throughout the hotel there were signs warning guests they would be fined $100 if everything wasn’t left in perfect condition. It created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made it feel like the hotel expected the worst from its guests rather than providing good hospitality. Overall, this stay was very disappointing. The listing did not accurately represent the property, the room was in poor condition, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Beware before booking I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Not so good: We had 2 adjoining rooms. Neither tv worked. A replacement tv was brought in to room 1 and still it did not work after 3 people looked at it. We found (on our own) the cable seemed to have a short. The remote for tv in room 2 was not programed to the tv/cable box. We figured it out on our own. The rooms need a deep clean. The windows were nasty. At one point the phone in room 1 did not work. The toilet ran over. The microwave in room 1 was a very old model and did not work. The staff is nice but the rooms need serious updating.

Nice place and people

Our bed linens were all stained! Front desk gave us two more sets... Also stained. It's just a lot to sleep on other people's stains. Owners need to replace the bedding in a bad way. Our carpet had not been vacuumed. Mirror and microwave also needed wiped down. Seems to be under staffed. We maintained kindness and just will not consider this place again. Staff was polite I will mention that as a positive.

The toilet was stopped up. They couldn’t get it unclogged ether. They just said said sorry.

The room could have been cleaned a little better. The breakfast was the same every morning. The staff were friendly.

The room was ok. The outside areas were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre with fake eggs.

I tried to cancel and they had no reservation. I didn't go. They charged me 300 dollars as a no show after THEY told me my reservation did not exist!!!! They sure found my reservation after the fact to STEAL my money!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY at a Quality INN AGAIN!!!!!

The property is very dated. However, the staff was very kind, the breakfast was good, and the room was very clean.

We had booked a handicap room only to find it had been apparently double booked, I was with my 96 yr old father so a handicap room was greatly needed. Instead they gave us a ground floor queen, which we appreciated and brought detach able bars for the shower which were completely useless, one fell off even before we got into the shower making us feel they could not be trusted. They had said when a handicap room became available they would move us. But we decided the ground floor with scooters was a better accommodation. We did not shower due to fear, and the toilet was slow low my father had great difficulty using it. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. And the room was clean. It is an older hotel in a hill.

This may be an older hotel, but for the price, the quality of my stay was fantastic! Ryan was attentive and helpful, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was quiet and safe, excellent grassy area for pets, breakfast was generous, and the rooms were updated and very clean. This is not a rundown hotel. Highly recommend if you want to ball in Branson on a budget!

When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately felt unsafe and uncomfortable with the conditions of the property. Rather than taking a chance, I contacted Expedia right away to explain the situation and ask for assistance. The Expedia representative instructed me to leave the property immediately while they processed my cancellation and refund request. Trusting Expedia's guidance, I left the hotel and booked another hotel for the remainder of our 3-day vacation. This resulted in additional unexpected expenses, but I followed Expedia's instructions because I believed they were resolving the issue. I even provided proof that I secured alternate accommodations and did not remain at the original property. After days of communication and being led to believe my case was being handled appropriately, Expedia denied my refund. I am now being charged for a hotel stay that I did not use, despite doing exactly what Expedia told me to do. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability. If Expedia's representatives tell a customer to leave a property immediately, there should be documentation of that conversation and Expedia should stand behind its guidance. Instead, they left me paying for two hotels and fighting for a refund that should never have been denied. I have used travel booking services for many years, but this has been the worst customer ser

The room smelt like mold. The sheets had blood stains on them. The tub was dirty when we arrived. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was scrambled eggs. Did you add water to? The hot tub did not work. The pool had rest + was over chlorine I do got to say the staff did give you clean towels everyday and if you put your trash outside they came and picked it up.
