Location and it was quite. Lady at front desk referring to her co-worker as the brown lady because she was dark skinned. Continually dripping the F bomb while checking me in. Asked if I could rent another room next to the one we already reserved and was told they were booked solid. She lied there were a lot of rooms unoccupied. I will never stay here again and won't refer them..

Check in was easy, as we had prepaid through Booking.com. The website reservations take you to Booking.com by default. However, I found that there are other rooms available that are NOT on the website. If you want to know all the options available, you need to call the business directly. The breakfast service has deteriorated over the past year. There used to be someone attending the food throughout the service time. This time, there were no eggs left one morning and very little eggs (one serving) the other two mornings. The assortment of pastries was depleted two of the three mornings. No napkins were available and the number of plates available was few. I understand there have been some management changes over this past year. I don't believe those changes are improving the service, over all. Microwaves are another issue. Last year they were in the rooms, by default. Now, you have to request a microwave and there is no promise you will get one. We were able to secure one, which we used in the room. Also, bring a power strip and extension cords. They supplied a power strip to use the microwave as the two outlets were being used by the TV and the mini-fridge. Plugs for phone charges are not conveniently located. The outlet is behind the bed and being used by lamps. Again, I had a long extension cord with a 3-plugh end that I was able to use.

Breakfast was ok. Better than some. Location was good. Staff was friendly and quick to respond when needed. It was perfect for the rate we paid. Plumbing and fixtures are aging and kept me from offering a higher rating.

Overall good stay for the price. The room was big and clean enough. Had an issue last time with the dust ruffle on the bed being stained. But they replaced it when requested. The pool was closed this time, but we used it before. Big but alittle run down. The free breakfast was better than nothing, but not by much. Eggs was so bland and no meat. Coffee maker in room was awful. TV and remote worked this time, had past issues. Repeat guest.

It was easy access to everything on the strip. Great location. Our room was clean and comfortable. From the time I called to let them know we were coming in late until checkout, Brina and Jalisa were so sweet. Loved them!! Will definitely be back! N/a

Low cost. Old carpet, slight odor, no breakfast ready at 730 (had been reviewed as good, so large part of the reason we stayed there).
