The jets in the small hot tub weren't working
-
Love everything!

The only negative for the property is the Blinds in both bedrooms. There are no curtains and at night the lighting outside is extremely bright and comes through the windows making it difficult to sleep.
-
The location is quiet but conveniently close to the Branson strip, and Ball Park of America. It was great to be able to cook meals at home vs eat out all the time. Having laundry in the unit was also appreciated. There is a $1 charge to play pool so bring quarters / change.

Could use ceiling fans.

From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Our rooms were clean and plenty of space. Nothing.

Beautiful Not enough parking

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The floors could use to be washed with a carpet cleaner because it was dirty enough to taint our socks. The washing machine was a great amenity that was also clean. The pools were nice. The kids loved the extra space and said we could never go back to a one room hotel. the jet tubes were not clean and would not have used them during our stay. Was told we had a walk in to the villa, but we had to take an elevator down one floor. The walls and floors were thin so we could hear all our neighbors moving about.

Everything was great and for the price of having a house for 3 days, was cool. Only thing I didn't like was the way you go to get ya parking pass and they try to sell a time share package. Then the calls start coming after the stay. Society today isn't operating in that fashion. I personally dont like having telemarketing done.

Everything except bed

Walls are very thin, we had neighbors that were noisy (including their children) late at night (between 9pm to midnight) Bed wasn't that comfortable to my wife & I.
-
Very comfy, clean and safe ( gated). Close to the shows and attractions. Will stay here again on our next trip!
-
Everything was perfect for our family. I really enjoyed that it was gated. nothing
-
clean room; beds and laundry were clean. pool area was clean. The only problem we had - was the noise from the room above us (we were on the third floor). It sounded like there was a child running back and forth a lot! We heard his/her every step.

This was the cleanest vacation home we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. The pool and other amenity areas were very clean and welcoming.
-
The deluxe villa was a great size and the balcony was my favorite part. Having a villa on the very top floor and there were rooms on lower levels available.

The property was clean, and our stay was quiet and enjoyable. This is the second time I’ve booked a 2 bedroom and have been given an A/B lockout instead. The 2 bedroom unit has twin beds, but the A/B lockout has a king bed and sofa bed in the extra unit. The sofa beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The unit we stayed in had a musty smell, and there was a soft spot in the living room floor that was in need of repair. The shower in the second unit made a terrible squealing noise, so everyone had to shower in the first unit.

The room we stayed in was very spacious and the kitchen, living room was a good size. The bathroom was very large. It had a nice little balcony that was private with 2 chairs and a small table. I don't think I can think of anything that we did not like.
