Palace View Resort by Spinnaker Resorts

Toilets were too low for myself since I had total hip surgery in the past. Everything else is very good. Sorry, the elevator wasn't working in the building we were assigned to on the third floor. I wanted to see the view. General comment, very disappointed with the Fountains at the landing, would not waste my time there again.

Everything was clean. The tub was a little hard to get in and out of. That’s only because I’m short. Other than that the stay was amazing and I will be staying anytime I visit Branson from now on.

The property was very clean and it was very peaceful and nice there. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend your property.

Rooms were clean, washer/dryer worked, bed was comfortable, had plenty of towels, loved the size of the condo. All was good. However, we did have a creaky floor as you walked from the kitchen to the bedroom. Was a pretty good creak. Hope it didn't bother the guests below us or next to us. Our son/wife had a reservation too, and they loved how spacious the rooms were. They will be coming back too. We got them hooked on Spinnaker Resort now. Nothing really. The creaking floor didn't bother us, but was worried about the other guests hearing it. Do need a couple more of the rolling carts available because we did have to wait for one to become available upon our arrival.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and it was great. this was the first time we stayed in building 100. The couch cushions in 103A are totally worn out, its like sitting on the floor. When you sit on it the cushion compresses down to nothing, leaving the back of you legs hitting the board across the front. We have stayed here many times and this couch is definitely nothing like what we have seen or sit on in the past visits. You can also tell that building 100 is probably the oldest building, we have never stayed in building 100 before during our past visits.

Condo is as great but we loved the pool !!! I needed to relax and it was amazing I wish the couch had either a foot stool or or recliner would have been nice to have relax My husband’s a 6’4 guy so wish the chairs on the balcony was sturdier so he felt more comfortable

Nice room, property very well maintained, beds comfortable. We’re not able to darken bedroom at night very well due to type of window coverings.

Quiet. Very clean. Our room was recently renovated. Confusing check in process. Important details omitted during check in (we arrived after hours). The missing information regarding gate codes, proper entrance, services offered, etc affected us for a few days.
