Stratford House Inn Branson

We went in the room, checked it out smelled like bug spray and roaches. I contacted Expedia to get a refund and left. We weren’t even there five minutes.

I really enjoyed the personal attention from not only the staff but ownership as well. I really enjoyed Donna and Katie you couldn't ask for better workers they really took notice of anything that was needed and did their best to make sure that we had a great comfortable stay. Beds were clean nice linen towels extra when needed and they just really do their best to make sure you're happy. I would highly highly recommend for someone who's wanting a good price to stay at this place I get the Stratford house five stars if I could give them six I would Katie the owner and Donna one of the front house staff were so pleasant and helpful

The beds were nice and it was a good location to attractions The beds were not changed before we arrived. There was take out food in the room when we arrived. We had to leave a cash deposit on arrival that wasn't disclosed and then because my child was there we lost the deposit due to having too many people in the room but they asked how many adults I said 2 ( me and wife) but we got a double queed room because my child and no one said anything till I left and then was told we lost deposit.. really felt like a scam to get more money from us there was no microwave in room as advertised. It was advertised as having a jetted tub but it did not work.the texture in the bathroom ceiling was peeling off badly and toilet was leaking. Then they had cigarette buttcans right outside our door like 3 feet from door so constantly had people just hanging out in front of our room smoking which we ordered a non smoking room for a reason so we didn't have to smell it. And we were in town for the jeep convention so had to constantly worry about our jeeps due to the people just hanging around them all night overall not a good place to stay

The views of the Ferris wheel and mouantains are awesome! Clean rooms. GREAT staff! One of the laundry girls always had attitude with the ladies at the front desk. She was never rude to me. But with how sweetly the front desk ladies are I was upset by the attitude of the one girl.

Perfect stay! The check-in was fast, and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and highly comfortable beds. Fast Wi-Fi and a great, central location made our trip easy. We were worried because we read few reviews about roches but as soon as we walked into the room, we checked the rooms and beds first, and the room and beds clean, and found nothing like that. If they had pool then it would be great but with the decent and affordable rate, this motel won’t disappoint us…Will stay here again…!!!

Beds were super comfy! Location was close to everything! Only had one roll of toilet paper.. and there was not a hygiene bin in the bathroom.

They where nice and loved they have smoking rooms and care about they everyone who stay there I don’t have anything bad to say about them

I liked that I didn't waste a lot of money. The floor was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, there was drama between the receptionist and the boss, the housekeeper was clearly sick and sneezing and coughing everywhere. I paid a $25 deposit I was supposed to get back, I left the room cleaner than I found it and still didn't get the deposit back.

I paid $100 for a room with 1 king bed that you could smoke in , when I got there, they told me that those rooms are not smoking rooms even though the website said it is, and they put me in a double bedroom, which is only a $50 room when I asked if there was a price difference I was told no, it wasn’t until after I left that I realized I was overcharged by $50

Had to be switched to another room because she didn’t want us in a room with carpet since we had a pet. That room didn’t have the heat on and with the temperature being in the teens, it was freezing in the room. Also, the room was dirty. The heater didn’t work very well so we had to go buy extra blankets, including an electric one. Will not stay here again.

Unfortunately I ended up checking out my heater wouldn't work and it was below freezing outside. The room wasn't really clean and the shower curtains didn't smell fresh at all.

Room was clean, mattresses were firm and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub worked. Convenient location. Housekeeping came every day to change the towels and make the beds. Check in and out was easy. Excellent value over all.
