Carriage Place

After maintenance inspected the mold and confirmed what it was, we were moved out of that room and into one that did not have broken blinds and was somewhat cleaner. The hotel then told us that they did not have any two-bedroom units available and claimed they did not offer them on the property. However, after we continued asking for more information, we were eventually told that the buildings containing those units had been closed. We had also purchased Expedia’s travel insurance, which stated that reimbursement would be provided if the property was not as advertised. Despite the property being listed inaccurately, Expedia was no help whatsoever. The hotel staff was not very helpful, although they did accommodate us once the black mold was confirmed. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

We purchased what we thought was a 2 bedroom condo - It really was 2 condos with a connecting door. Our daughter had to sleep in a room in the adjacent condo - it was a little far for either of our likings. The condos were very clean and spacious!

I just don't like when you getting your parking pass, they also try to get you in a program to buy timeshare like package deals. I'm just tryna get to my room and get my car unloaded.. and get to having a good time. I'm not tryna sit no seminar for 90 mins just for me to say no at the end. Lol. But thats it. Every thing else EXCELLENT..

The unit was clean for the most part. Minor issues like a blown light bulb, garbage disposal didn’t work. Staff was excellent. The amenities was fun could be updated but was in good condition and my kids enjoyed it. The WiFi worked the whole time and the balcony was a plus. It actually had patio furniture. And a great view.

Family friendly and clean. Staff were super helpful and courteous. Location was amazing too.

The jacuzzi tub couldn't be used because the water was rust colored and the the couch and chair was worn and stained on the arm rest other than that the room was clean and well laid out. It was like they took a nice room and put a shitty couch and chair in the room. The rusty water was only noticeable in the jacuzzi tub the showers, sinks and toilet water seemed fine.

Location Maintenance entering the room without knocking when I didn’t call them. The harassment on the timeshare meetings. After I told them no several times. And them calling me on my personal cell phone about it.

Everything Nothing

Exceptional

I asked for extension for one more night but unfortunately the room was booked and mu request was rejected and i was asked to check out.

The room was good, the furniture was as hard as it could be. Very uncomfortable to sit on. I got 1 package of coffee for a 4 night stay. It was ok to spend the night but not homey or welcoming. I had 4 bathrooms and every one of them was extremely low, and in a narrow space.

The place was perfect for our family. Lots of room to relax. Clean and friendly

The room was hot. They have multiple rooms running off of one HVAC. So if one of the other rooms is blasting the heat, you're just stuck with it. Their words, not mine. Very hot. Hard to find. Checking in is hard. You have to drive to a completely different location to check in. The room was not clean.

Carriage Place is our "go to" stay when we're not staying with family in the area. The rates are reasonable and the accomodations are comfortable.

Was told the room was ready to check in drove 10mins to the other location where the room was located unloaded all of our luggage to the 5th floor to just find out the room hadnt even been cleaned from the last person that stayed there had to reload all of our stuff and drive back to other location just for them to do the exact same thing again to us finally the 3rd time they found a clean room staff was terrible room was not a penthouse style room as described this place is a joke never stay here again wouldnt even leave the 1 star if i could leave a review without it!!!

Nice property! Very comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. For being so close to the 76 strip it seems far away so quiet and peaceful.
