Chase Suites Hotel Brea-Fullerton

I was extremely happy with the accommodations. Our rooms were huge, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious, real food! Staff was super helpful and kind. Will highly recommend and stay here again should our travels bring us this direction in the future!

Staff was super friendly, rooms was nice and clean. From the outside, the property can use some fresh paint but I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Biggest disappointment was the toilet, It didn't function well for adults. It was the size of a children's toilet and had short comings for normal size adults. Additionally it wouldn't flush properly.

We had a fantastic stay here! The room was spotless, comfortable, and wellmaintained throughout our trip. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always quick to help with recommendations. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and appreciated having access to a fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing quick meals super convenient. Would definitely book again!

Everything was good except for the parking. We had to park in the lot next to the hotel.

Great hotel but we had a room that faced Imperial Hwy. it was very noisy. If you stay there make sure you don’t get a room that faces the hwy

Great value for the money. Staff was helpful, the room was clean, and even though the facility did not have an exercise room, they gave me a free pass to a local gym that worked out well.

Staff was great! Hotel was fine but is showing its age. Breakfast was pretty much your standard hotel breakfast - nothing to write home about but OK.

Conveniently located near food, shopping, and entertainment. Property was cozy, will need to request for a 1st floor room is accessibility is needed.

Amazing stay never disappoint

Hotel should tell the guest to take the Tea, Coffee, creamer etc from the front desk as cleaning services are not performed every day and these things are not replaced in the room. Also it is hard for elderly to carry their luggage to second floor.

The suite was spacious. Bed comfortable and towels soft and absorbent. Nice to have separate sink area from toilet/shower. Good sized sectional and kitchen. Quite dark in our unit. I would like more natural light so I’m sure some units face the morning sun. Kitchen did not have paper towel and I brought my own coffee and had no filters ( could have used the paper towel ). We had reserved a 2 bedroom suite and ended up not getting that but 2 - 1 bedroom suites which made it awkward for my family. We were given a discount for the stay because of it.

We stayed there two nights. No room cleaning services were provided.
