Nice property

The staff were very kind, positive, and helpful whenever we had a question. The breakfast was good with a variety of options and changed daily. The place was clean and well maintained both inside and outside. We’d certainly stay there again. They will be our new standard by which we look for hotels when we travel.

Close to shopping mall and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in Brea. The property is beautiful with so many areas to relax and sit in the lobby. The staff were amazing! We will definitely stay there again.

New and clean hotel. Nice decor, friendly staff. Great breakfast every morning, although it was kind of the same meal items every day except for one item. We stayed for 6 nights-kind of would have been nice to offer different items rather than same muffins and sausage every morning. But I would still recommend staying there.

The facility itself was good, but the service was disappointing. Very disappointing stay. There was no cleaning at all during most of my stay, and there was no shower gel provided in the room. I asked the staff for room cleaning, and they said it would be done, but nothing happened. The room was cleaned for the first time only on my last day. This level of service is not acceptable.
