I loved the clean and newer feeling of the room, the big parking lot with free parking, the quietness of the neighborhood and the motel in general. No loud noises or people fighting or disturbances. I wanted to get a couple drinks from the vending machines so the person checking in changed my money for dollars. The person checking in was nice and the process was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe traveling as a female.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Hyland. It is close to all my friends and family but also close to everywhere else I might need. The owners are on the premises so when I’m there I feel like I’m with family. Very friendly staff. The rooms are always perfectly clean and look newly renovated. I like that I can park right in front of my room door. I 100% recommend choosing The Hyland The only thing is, and it’s a small thing, is I wish there was an ice machine.

The Hyland Inn Brea is a great motel for stays in the area. It's no frills, but nicely renovated and clean, and all the amenities work well. The check-in/check-out experience is easy, and the staff (owner?) is friendly and efficient. A minor issue: the windows just have a blackout curtain, but no sheer curtains. That means you have to use the blackouts (and lights) even when it's light outside.

It was very clean and it was in a nice area and it was very friendly. The staff was very quick to make sure we were in our proper room very efficient.
