Embassy Suites by Hilton Brea North Orange County

At the time of my booking, I requested a non-smoking king suite I ended it up with an accessible one. I never booked this type of room. It’s OK for people that do need it but if it’s not requested, I don’t see why they placed me in this room. We went downstairs to a bar in the lobby, and the bartender was being pretty rude to the patrons that were already there. She made me a cosmopolitan that tasted nothing like a cosmopolitan when she remade my drink. I was just being nice and drank it anyways it was the most horrible cosmopolitan I have ever had. Please hire a real bartender.

Loved it - kind of Vegas like, with the cavernous interior looking over the breakfast area and a pretty fountain. Quiet, clean spacious room next to a lovely indoor shopping mall. Would definitely stay again, though I did feel a bit silly paying $20 to park with the mall right next door. Breakfast was delicious, with a fresh omelet station and pretty good coffee.

The last stay, I reserved a Regular Room. The bed is so tall that I had a hard time getting in it. I don’t want to sound like, Goldilocks here, but can there be a happy medium somewhere?

Room was dirty. Faulty electric cord was left in room and shocked my husband glad my children did not get hurt

The only issue was that one of the elevators was not working on the far side from the front desk. Waiting was long especially when the complimentary breakfast was about to end and everyone was trying to get downstairs before they closed. Also does this hotel have a service elevator for the employees??? Being down one elevator seemed to be a hassle for both workers and guests.

We needed a place to land on a long LA trip seeing family and friends. This was a great choice with my 2 younger kids. They loved the property, pool, and breakfast. Staff were very helpful, parking was safe and easy. Rooms were clean and well stocked. We will stay again when visiting OC family.

Breakfast was great. Location was close to family $20.00 per day to park. Person that checked me in.

Property was clean, excellent breakfast buffet. The only issue was we had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned. Other than that we had a great stay and staffs were friendly.

I specifically chose this hotel because it promoted adults only time at the pool. No one under 18 from 10pm to midnight. They did not enforce this at all. Multiple kids during that time frame. AC also did not work well. Came back late and the room was not cool. Was after midnight and we were only there 1 night. Too much of a hassle to switch rooms.

Very conveniently located for my appointment in the area. The bathroom sink fixtures didn’t all and it seems a bit dated and small compared to some of the same priced ones in the area.
