Very clean room. The staff where really super nice like Joy and I forgot the other girls name but they where super friendly. The accommodation was super beyond. Thank you girls.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast very good, terrific omelets.

The rooms are a bit dated. Furniture is old but comfortable. Cleaning crew could do a better job in the bathroom as there was mold in several places. Bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was a dream. Elevators are fast and parking is ample. Brea Mall is right next door and it’s really nice. Lots of restaurant choices for any budget. And shopping if you’re inclined.

Room was clean but seemed to need updating for devices, charging, etc. Location is excellent.

Great staff welcomed us. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a big plus. Made everything easy. Room was clean and ready at check in.

The hotel was ok. For the price I thought it would have been better. I did not receive a call that my room was ready and it was after four pm. I thought it would be more updated for the price.The continental breakfast was good .

I was very disappointed with my stay. After spending the night at this hotel, both my kids and I woke up with what appear to be insect bites consistent with possible bed bug bites. This was very upsetting and made us concerned about bringing bed bugs home in our luggage. A clean and pest-free room is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. I hope management thoroughly inspects and treats the room to prevent other families from having the same experience. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Clean room. Welcome note with my name displayed on the TV screen was super cute. Breakfast was phenomenal and free. The staff was nice and helpful whenever we called for blankets and towels. My only complaint was the wait for the elevator since one of the elevators by the lobby desk wasn’t in service.

Won’t stay anywhere else when visiting cousins in Fullerton. Always clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, and really enjoy the evening tipple, too.

The breakfast is always good. When I arrived, I was told there were additional fees added to the cost of the room. I booked on booking.com, which claimed my total, including all fees and taxes, would be $570 for 2 nights. That's insane by itself. However, when I checked in, it jumped to $640. I had been told parking was included and it wasn't. Also, only 1 elevator was functional on my side of the building. (It has been broken since at least January, which is ridiculous given what you charge for a stay at this hotel) The room was for my mom, who is handicapped and can't walk across to the other side for an elevator. She should've been accommodated being disabled and put in a room on the other side for easier access. We will not be booking with this location again.

Perfect location for anything you decide to do. I always stay at this property whenever I come home to Cali to visit my family. I love it!

The staff were very courteous and polite. The room was amazing very clean and well maintained. There was nothing I didn’t like everything was exceptional.

The first night that I slept in the bed, me and my husband was itching all night, but we didn’t find anything in the bed so the next morning I went to the front desk and asked him could the maid come and change the sheets on the bed because it was a nice room we had a view of the pool. After that everything was fine. I just didn’t know what the itch came from but after she changed the sheets, we slept good,
