We have stayed at Embassy Suites Brea several times. The hotel is fine, but dated. They can definitely use an upgrade. The week we stayed, we had to ask more than once for housekeeping to empty garbage and bring towels. Each time, there was a shortage of staff working. The night we checked in for a week, I asked for a different room because of a stain on the carpet. Also, the snack tray for the premium room was not provided. Raina did her best by upgrading our room to a corner room, giving us gift certificates to the restaurant (they were not used), and Rachel compensated us for parking. Those two staff people were very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as usual. They do a great job. There was a lovely woman named Alex who was part of the kitchen staff, and she greeted me warmly each morning. One last thing, the shower curtains are really awful. They are arranged in such a way that water sprays all over the floor unless you're very careful.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Overnight parking was reasonably priced.

I would recommend this place 100% ! we got a suite for my family and I. It was very clean and nice. breakest was one of the best breakfast i have ate at a hotel! definitely coming back. only down side is that you have to pay $20 per day for parking!

The staff were super friendly and sent me texts to make sure all my needs were being met. Breakfast omelets were amazingly delicious. The hotel was super clean and organized. Plus walking distance to the mall is awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our choice hotel when we visit my daughter in Brea. The convenience of the mall next door, Target and restaurants within walking distance and then a happy hour and restaurant in the hotel is perfect.

Location. My stay at the hotel was a very disappointing experience, starting with the check-in. The welcome at the front desk was not warm or friendly at all. In fact, when I said “thank you,” the receptionist did not even respond. Overall, the hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. We had several issues with the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, the drain was very slow, causing water to accumulate and creating a small pool in the shower area. The shampoo dispensers were empty. We contacted the front desk and asked them to send shampoo, but it was not delivered until two hours later and only after several phone calls. The sofa bed was in extremely poor condition and very uncomfortable. The electrical outlets were also very old, and we had to wait a long time for the elevators. In general, the hotel staff were not very welcoming or friendly. There were also times when there were no towels available at the swimming pool. Overall, the experience was far below what I expected from a hotel, and I believe the property needs significant improvements in both maintenance and customer service.

Daily cleaning and trash removal not efficient and not done staff when called they were efficient and polite and needs were met

Carpets are stained, rooms smell . Towel service slow and inadequate Pool area was minimally maintained The only positive attribute is the bkfst. I will not recommend this hotel .

I stay there 2-3 times a year, and it seems an elevator is always out which makes it very slow waiting for the 1 working elevator.
