Shower was stuck. Could not turn on water

We had a great stay, there was a handful of us there for a baseball tournament. The location was excellent close to restaurants, gyms and shopping. The bar, restaurant and breakfast were great for us too! Glad this was the place we chose to stay.

It’s old and needs a facelift in the rooms

Very nice hotel would definitely stay there again, only real issue was our room the AC wasn’t really working that good.

Our room had a used towel and washcloth in it when we arrived to the room. The bed also looked like people had been lying on top of it. It appeared like people got the room and then went to a different room after a period of time.

Devin up front awesome, great attitude, knew his stiff, was able to tell us everything about the ,property. Fast check in. The first room had a very dingy bathtub. Good central air in the room, but the,lobby is very humid. Its pretty but warm and stick. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room nice size, bathroom shampoo and conditioner were on the wall, but good quality brand. The jacuzzi, warm but filty. Pool out of towels at 10am. Gym all kids playing on the equipment. Gym bathroom gross. The lobby bathrooms were so bad smelling. Second room the air-conditioned was broke so no air all night as they were so tired they just didnt want to try and get it fixed. Staff we encountered were nice. Just wasn't up to,hilton normal standards I have encountered, seemed like it needs some tlc and kept cleaner in certain areas, and remodel the hot box in the lobby. Its very pretty and the breakfast and reception and free water were great perks. Full breakfast with your stay, including bacon, made to order omelets, potatoes, waffles, cereal, pancakes, coffee, bagels, soda and juices. Parking was included with your room, easy structure. And your at the malls. So great to just walk to shopping and restaurant right onsite.

The AC was out during part of my stay, which was extremely uncomfortable since I needed to work from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was just OK, nothing special. The hotel overall is a significant downgrade from what it was 20 years ago. They’ve changed the decor and really lost the personality that it used to have, it looks like a glorified motel these days.

Embassy has one of the best breakfasts with Hilton. Room and property was clean. The complimentary happy hour each night is a nice touch. We visited Cheesecake Factory and the Brea Improv…all within a mile of the hotel

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The only thing was that when housekeeping touched up the room they took the bath towels and left us hand towels to use the next morning. We will be staying here next year when we come to visit our family.

Something was off with the cleaning staff. Shampoo bottles were empty, and there was no soap. On the second day, when we came back, the carpet was still not clean, the towels were outside the bedroom, and the bed had dirt on it. Overall, the room was very dusty. The main lobby and breakfast area were clean. Our room clearly didn't meet the standard we were expecting and what we paid for.

The lobby area was beautiful but that is where it seemed to end. The pool area was dirty, the hot tub jets did not work and there were no clean towels. Thirty minutes after I asked for towels it took another guest to ask again to receive towels 20 minutes after that. One night the elevator floor was soaking wet and smelled and only a sign was set out stating wet floor instead of mopping it up. The room was only ok. Good size but the beds were broken s as when you rolled over it would make a loud pop sound. The couch/sofa bed was not usable as it was sagging and the mattress was stained. Outside our window was a bright spot light for the palm tree but it shone straight into our room. A lot of potential at this hotel but definitely not up to Hilton standards. The breakfast is great and convenient except the scrambled eggs, those looked horrible.

Very clean room. The staff where really super nice like Joy and I forgot the other girls name but they where super friendly. The accommodation was super beyond. Thank you girls.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast very good, terrific omelets.

The rooms are a bit dated. Furniture is old but comfortable. Cleaning crew could do a better job in the bathroom as there was mold in several places. Bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was a dream. Elevators are fast and parking is ample. Brea Mall is right next door and it’s really nice. Lots of restaurant choices for any budget. And shopping if you’re inclined.

Room was clean but seemed to need updating for devices, charging, etc. Location is excellent.
