Travelodge by Wyndham Brea

The bed was too firm. The door was damaged and would not close all the way so there was light showing. This worried me some. The bathtub was unable to be plugged so i couldn't take a bath. That was very disappointing for me . The remote for the tv was very slow to work.

Area was good

I love staying here when I come to Brea. The rooms are very comfortable, it’s in a good area of town to get to everywhere I need to quickly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. I will come back next time I’m staying in Brea.

Toilet lid was broken

Location is good and room is nice. No coffee maker with glass coffee cups. No ice machine.

I got this hotel last minute and will admit it was not worth it. Firstly it was on the higher end of prices for hotels in the areas so I would have at least expected the room to mostly maintained but it wasnt as the floor was covered in dust and toe nail shavings. Then there was dead roaches all around the TV which makes me think the room hasn't been cleaned before. On top of that the sheets had stains on them and we're highly visible as they were mostly white bedding. I will admit at least the towels didnt have stains on them but that makes it even worse since someone does go into the room to clean it meaning they left the dead bugs and dirty floor. Second everything in the room was unplugged so me and my partner had to go around and plug in everything. To make it worse their placement of the fridge in this tiny indent in the wall forced us to have to lift it up and move it out of the way just to plug it in and have a place to store our water. Lastly the room's main door was warped so bad that you had to lift and pull on it just to open and close it making feel extra unsafe. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone as it is completely dirty and run down. Then even if your forced to get a last minute hotel there is much cheaper options in the area instead and that are also a lot cleaner.

Fake fake Fake reviews!!!! This hotel retents dirty used rooms, I complained but front desk said it was their last room. The room was dusgusting... urine stains on sheets, sticky stained floors moldy mini fridge! Im telling you all do not stay at this hotel!!!! Its places like these with greedy owners that dont care about hygiene they only care about money!!!!!! Remembering that room gets me nauseated!!

The very friendly staff and great fast service

It was very clean and they were able to accommodate my early check-in and the fee was extremely reasonable

Every sheet, pillow or blanket had a stain or rip. Found a cockroach on first night. Bathroom was leaking so they switched rooms. Right next to the room with the leak. So I can hear the water dropping all night

Very poor parking

Basic amenities were missing — there were no hangers in the closet, no coffee or coffee maker available, and the internet was painfully slow to the point it was almost unusable. What made the experience even worse was the pricing. Because of the recent chemical spill incident in Garden Grove, demand for rooms increased, and it felt like the hotel took advantage of the situation by dramatically raising prices. Charging inflated rates during an emergency situation is incredibly disappointing and leaves a bad impression. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the price we paid.

For the price this is a great place to stay. The rooms have been renovated in the past 2-5 years and are in good condition and very clean.
