Hard boiled eggs, fresh waffles, yogurt (healthier options) along with cereal, sweet rolls,bagels, toast offers customers more than the minimal breakfast of competitors. Needs upgraded, working air conditioners in rooms and ice machines on each floor. Acceptable level of cleanliness. Check in and breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and kind.

Clean room

The location was perfect. The room was clean and the comfortable. the ac didn't cool the entire room evenly due to the bed being out reach of the direct air flow.

Very nice clean and quiet place to stay enjoyed the room size just for myself.

Everything was satifactory

Hot tub and pool was closed during the hours we were available. Breakfast was adequate. The night girl at the desk was helpful and put our ice packs in the freezer for us.

Young male night desk agent was extremely rude, unprofessional and insulting. Travel 50 days a year for business and run a business in the area. I have never had a more horrible encounter and wound encourage staying elsewhere if at all possible.

Location was perfect for our needs. Although it was a bit rundown, it was comfortable The front desk staff wasn’t the most friendly but there were no problems with check in or check out

The property overall is very dated and in rough shape, but then we were getting ready for bed and discovered little bugs in the beds and in one pillow. Checked out immediately. Staff took pictures of the bugs and seemed to take it seriously. They also processed a refund quickly and were friendly about it. I appreciate the staff, but I absolutely wouldn't stay here.

Building is in need of cosmetic upgrades but everything worked and breakfast was excellent! Had a good selection of hot and cold food. Lady who took care of the breakfast kept everything spotless and was very helpful.

The hotel location is very convenient and near many stores and restaurants. My room was quiet and comfortable. I'm not too tall at 6' but the shower head is right at the same level as my nose. Housekeeping was just excellent. They greeted me and acknowledged me far, far more consistently and with genuine sincerity than the front desk staff who were mostly young people with little to no understanding of acknowledging and being respectful and welcoming to the customers who provide their salaries. The front desk staff was not bad, but they could definitely be better. "Ma'am, sir, please and thank you" in a pleasant and genuinely welcoming tone is always in fashion. Come to think of it, the maintenance crew was outstanding. They opened doors for me, verbally greeted me very nicely and waved at me from afar. They are amazing. Some smoker customers threw their cigarette butts right on the driveway entrance of the hotel, and there was a lot it visible. As a former smoker, I know that it takes just a little effort to dispense of your cigarette butts respectfully and properly. Come on, people. Yes, feel free to smoke, but be considerate of your surroundings. The parking area is free and well-lit, and the free breakfast was a big plus. Overall, a great hotel to consider.
