3rd Avenue Inn

The air conditioning was good, was able to fiddle with the temperature as needed. Staff was nice, but not helpful. They didn’t really blink at the dead cockroach in the corner of our bathroom, so we ended up with a roommate for the entire stay. The room didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign, so when I wasn’t there. The staff came in and dropped off towels. In that process, they took a shopping bag, with $30 worth of items, and tossed it into the dumpster. When confronted, the staff claimed they thought it was garbage and apologized. However, when I inquired for the items back, they instead stated they would reimburse me instead. But they had to wait until the money was in the office. I continued to wait in the hotel room until the plans I made came to. On my way out, which was 3 hours after the initial conversation, they informed me that they no longer could reimburse me. Their boss only allowed a discounted stay in the future. It was displeasing to say the least, and a waste of my time waiting for a response. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had at this place, and not sure if I’d return again.

Refer to my previous review.

room was great ,

Love ot

The ac was terrible, the towels are rough and small , the bed was uncomfortable they didn't have real blankets just the colored top blanket. And I got both up by something. Oh and let's not forget that's I was named with my boyfriend in the hot tub the cleaning lady walked into my room unannounced and when I said excuse me she stopped to ask me if I wanted service !!

Parking is first come first serve . Usually there is enough for all the guests.

Superb

Very quiet establishment of the beaten path. Very helpfull personnel once you get to know them - which takes time. Clean comfy no frills rooms which are consistently priced slightly below market in this segment/ area however it only applies to online purchases/ bookings. Can get particularly great deals on weekdays. Recommended.

The beds were not that comfortable and the cable on the tv didn’t work half of the time

Nice clean rooms and staff are very helpful. property offers easy and safe parking with ample spaces and convenient access to fast food locations and state hwy 57 not far. micro/fridge not available. The lobby area does have a microwave. Good selection of tv channels plus HBO and Wi-Fi speed decent. packets of shampoo/hand soap provided. A/C works

This was a nice clean room in a very maintained property. I would definitely stay here again!
