Ok place for last minute

There is no pool. Housekeepers are amazing!

The band was like probably $50 in super uncomfortable. I preferred to sleep on the floor on top of the pillows. The AC sucks as well.

Good location No microwave or fridge, upstairs location.

This place is really gross! There are roaches in the rooms and i can only assume rats/mice in the walls. The room had a lingering cigarette smell and it was incredibly small. Overall I did not have a good stay at all. Do not book with this place!!

Housekeepers are great! Front office when needed assistance, they provide the service.

Easy parking and clean room. Ice machine and vending machine in an odd place tho.

Th staff were friendly the rooms were clean well maintained it had a mini refrigerator the microwave was in the office but it was open 24/7 and your able to heat up your food . The maintenance ladies were very kind and helpful. Over all 10/10! We are planning to come back if we’re nearby here :)

3rd Ave does have a pool. The small and quiet facility is very quiet and the staff makes you feel comfortable and safe.

I had stayed here after Covid in the exact same room and it was definitely cleaner then. Color me surprised that I found a stain which I noticed back then still lingering on the wall and floor. Although it was dirty the A/C and mini fridge worked well, and the water pressure was great, so I have to give props for that. Chances are if you need a night of rest in a cheap motel this may be the place, but if you have to stay for multiple days in a place that is dirty, with thin walls, and insects crawling around at night I’d advice against it.
