Clean room and friendly staff. The daily breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Fast food and grocery store within walking distance. Toilet was kind of weird, seemed like it was designed for somebody 7’ tall. My feet barely touched the ground. Anyway, nice place to stay.

My stay was Nice, the room was clean the breakfast is always Good, parking was Good. The only problem i had was with staff when I checked in, Jennifer wasn't friendly at all, the keys to my room didn't work because Jennifer didn't activate the keys. It was inconvenient for me because I had to go down to the first floor again to get the keys activated. She didn't apologize just looked at me, very unprofessional. The Gentleman who checked me out was very Nice with a Smile, he asked me how was my stay, I told him Good I may come back in January

The place is great. Beautiful design. Tons of parking. Incredible gym. Really nice lobby and seating area for breakfast. The pool is beautiful at night and almost never busy. Staff are incredibly nice! Only small issue is how loud the doors are and how think the walls are between rooms. You can literally hear every conversation next door if your AC unit is not blasting and the doors automatically slam. Otherwise this place is amazing!

The staff was accommodating and breakfast was decent. The walls are thin, almost like living in an apt. building with noisy neighbors who slam doors and stomp loudly above you.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The housekeeping staff does a great job. The rooms are clean and smell clean! The sheets are soft and the beds are comfortable. Loved everything and everyone there.

All was perfect...The included breakfast was very good, except NO Regular Coffee as there was one very tiny pump carafe for about 40 people it ran out quickly and was never refilled during my time there. Other than that I would stay again if they resolve the lack of morning coffee issue.

Property was clean, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The toilet sits high, so if your short your feet are dangling.

The housekeeping staff was accommodating, but housekeeping service was inconsistent. Since we were often out for the day and returned in the mid-afternoon, our room had not been serviced. We had to request clean towels and coffee each day. We were told that the priority was getting the departing rooms cleaned, which seemed to leave limited time for the occupied rooms. There were also a few cleanliness issues in the common areas during our stay. On our last day, there were visible drips or stains on the lobby tile from the entrance toward the elevator that appeared to have been there for at least a day. The last evening, the elevator had food, pistachio shells, and trash that we had to step around. Although the food was picked up by the next morning, some of the remnants were still there. That said, overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel itself is nice, our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. With a little more attention to housekeeping and common-area cleanliness, this could be an excellent place to stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean. Was built about a year ago. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome. There is free EV charging available.

The hotel was lovely. But, we were there for 5 days, and our room was cleaned only once, because on our second day we put our Do not disturb sign out while my husband napped in the afternoon, and housekeeping never returned. Had to take towels off a cart once, and had to call for towels on our fourth day. Threw out our own garbage in the bin by the ice maker on a daily basis when we realized we were not going to get any housekeeping. We would stay here again, but very disappointed in housekeeping services. Not worth the expense for no service.

Clean and convenient room, good value for the money

Wonderful hotel in a great, quiet location. Super clean and comfortable!

Staff was very helpful and switched my room to a handicapped accessible room. Shower had a fold-down bench, safety bars, hand held shower head, and level transition from bathroom floor to shower floor; and toilet had a safety bar as well. I am recovering from back surgery and walk with a walker. While not in a wheelchair, I still have limited mobility so I appreciated the staff accommodating my request upon my arrival. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was delicious! There were cheese omelettes, fried diced potatoes, sausage links, and waffles (you make up to four mini waffles or one full sized waffle). There were also a variety of other items, including cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast, pastries, muffins, fruit, apple juice, orange juice, milk, and coffee. There was plenty of room to eat. Staff kept busy restocking the hot items so that there was always enough, even though there were lots of hungry guests! I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
