Very comfortable bed, Great air conditioning.

Not much.

Had to pay for ice! Need more furniture in the room; need hangers in the closet; need to hose down the walkways to the rooms!

It may not look like much from the outside, but this place is a hidden gem. We got the hot tub room. Staff was very friendly at check-in and we got our room quickly. Very comfortable beds, clean room, and the hot tub worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The light over the sink was only half on. I had to call the desk for assistance to get a signal for the TV. It turned out to be the wrong remote control. The young man at the desk worked on it til he figured out the remote in the room did not apply to the TV. The shower drain did not drain the water. The backup covered my whole feet. The room was clean but was also missing hangers for the closet.

Parking is an issue. The other side of the hotel has people living there. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms, you have to open a window that most people can't reach. During a 95 degree humid day we went to our room after checking in and found the room with windows open and the AC unit turned off. Took several hours to cool down the room. You get what you pay for.

Very pleasant clean room and bathroom. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I've actually paid more money for a room with out either. It was close to restaurants and liquor stores Next time I have to get a hotel I will be typing "regency hotel near me" in the Expedia app, overall a budget friendly well kept place to stay.. two thumbs up 👍👍

The bathroom was dirty, while the rest of the room was reasonably clean. The linens were old and worn out, and the air conditioner made loud, obnoxious noises all night long. I specifically stayed here to get a good night’s sleep, but the noisy AC ruined that. Considering the price, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. I won’t be staying here again.

It was A Great Experience and stay for 3 Nights. I really appreciated Victor and the other Staff there. I would love to come and stay again.!! :)

The location is fantastic! Close to great eats and shopping. The room itself was ok, it was renovated but still a bit rundown and there was hair in the bathroom and room floors. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great but was incredibly noisy so I couldn’t use it at night. The hotel is located on a busy street, thank god for ear plugs. I really liked how well lit it was outside. Overall an average stay.

Very basic room. Shower curtain barely prevented water from leaking out onto the floor. Some holes in the wall. Good enough just for a night's rest, No coffee at all on the property. A vending machine would be appreciated instead of having to go to the minimart across the street.
