Really haven't stayed in a hotel that grossed me out so much in a while. Just a feeling that cleanliness is not valued. Public areas lots of things not well-cleaned- stains on carpets, elevators dirty, things like this. In the room the headboards had marks from a dirty cloth and looked greasy, the edges of the light switches for the bathroom were filthy stuff like that. Noise from above and lots of Bremerton noise all night long. Blackout curtain needed work to get to cover the whole window and stay in place. And worst for us, we picked the hotel because of the pool, but pool was tiny and out of service, being filled with a hose. Bright spot was hard-working staff member keeping the breakfast service stocked with a smile.

As far as entertainment: We stayed on a Friday night and were expecting the town to be a little more lively but alot of buildings were closed down/vacant. Went into a bar and one guy was talking about playing dungeons and drags while sporting half finger gloves while sipping on a martini. The other guy next to him was reading a book. Then the guy right behind me lifted his leg and farted! No kidding. It was a dork fest that night. What we liked: the a/c worked great. Elevators worked great. Had a sweet little note from the cleaning lady written in Spanish saying that she hoped we liked our stay. It was quiet and we slept good. Long story short, we will be staying at the Hampton Inn right on the water next time!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The alarms going off for the entire two days stay and the pool was not open. This was not disclosed when the reservations were made. I would NOT have stayed here if I had known.

Rooms on roadside very noisy. Did not have connecting rooms as requested or bed layout as requested. Not enough tv channels not even ABC. Expedia did not pass on room layout request or pillows we asked for.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The pool was a bit on the small side but clean. The breakfast area was roomy and well-stocked. There was a wide variety of food. The parking garage was convenient but best suited to compact cars. The rooms were clean.

Really elderly property badly in need of a refresh. Staff were delightful and helpful.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were terrific! The hotel as a whole is a bit old, but kept up well. It’s convenient to the ferry, the USS Joy, and a couple coffee shops and restaurants. Felt safe in the neighborhood and there was little traffic to deal with. Pool was small and weight room seemed small, but we did t use it, so it may have been ok. All in all, ok for a quick stop over.

Our bathroom didn't appear to be clean. The tub and the walls in the bathroom were dirty.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. The pool was out of service the whole week. The hotel was chosen initially because it had a pool. room looked out at a busy, noisy apartment parking lot. I had to park at a parking garage because there was no parking in the hotel parking.
