We were there for the 4th of July celebration and everything in the hotel was perfect. It was the best location to watch the fireworks. They were right in front of us and they were tremendous!!! Everyone in the area is so friendly. The staff is so helpful and the breakfast is delicious. A beautiful calming place to stay and stay again!

Be aware that not all rooms face the water as they say. Property is L shaped. Dining area is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. A seond floor room is actually on the main level. First floor is around the back of the building on parking level. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was dated but very clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. All of the rooms have a water view and the view is great! Would stay again without hesitation.

When I arrived on the 18th, the Assistant Manager said there was a problem in that the people who had the room before me, had actually stayed another night and no one knew they did that. Then they arranged to book that room another night!!!! The 18th. She apologized profusely and said she had upgraded my room. Yes, the room had 2 beds, but nothing in the bathroom that was ADA compliant. No grab bars in the bathtub and none around the toilet. She did bring in 2 temporary fixes, but I said when those people checked out, I wanted my reservation to be upheld. She said ok. Next day around 11, I picked up the key, had to reload my car, then drive around behind the building to where the room was. I had a little time to unpack a few things, then had to leave. I returned around 6pm, took off my shoes and socks and walked to the bathroom. As I got closer to the bathroom, the carpet was damp. I went to the sink and the carpet was soaked and squishy. I called the Front Desk and explained the problem. The Assistant Manager brought me another room key and I moved to yet another non‐ADA compliant room. When I checked out on the 21st, there was a different person on duty. I said I was checking out and he gave me a receipt. I looked it over and I said I believed I should not have to pay for the night I didn't stay in my original room because there were squatters staying there and then they were allowed to keep the room instead of being moved. He called the manager at home.and examined what had happened and what I was requesting. He hung up and said the owner would have to make that decision when he returned and he would contact me. And why the Assistant Manager kept putting a bandaid on the problem, it was a problem of their own. I would say this was not a good stay.

Hotel was clean but its in poor condition. Sink broken. Doors are falling apart. Definitely needs an upgrade urgent

Hotel needs some TLC but is well located. The walking path along the bay is pleasant. Don't have high expectations for the breakfast and it will be just fine.

The toilets are so short like toddler height. It made it very uncomfortable to use them. I'm 5'8 and my knees were up to my chest. I have a really bad back inside a walker so it was very hard getting down and up from the toilet.

was warm lamp was not working....very musty smell

Had and adjoining door and the neighbor was a little loud talking until late. The breakfasts was not good, not enough options. Also I requested a end unit and was told she was putting my name in one upstairs and when we arrived we were unable to get the end unit as promised and were in the middle downstairs.

Perfectly perfect

Great little stay! Good location! Very nice view! Best fish and chips EVER - at Rustica Grille on the boardwalk in Port Orchard! Breakfast was good as well.
-
Nice place for the price.
-
The view was great and I loved that it was on the path and we could walk to restaurants. I would have like to have the curtains open to see the view but then everyone walking by could look into the room.
-
It was definitely attempted to be clean and updated. But there was a smell in the room and outside there were spiderwebs etc...the view was amazing but the neighbors and parking lot was constantly noisy and unsafe late into the night. The breakfast was decent and the cost affordable but probably won't return.

Great stay!! Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, and an amazing view. Would definitely stay again.

Right by the water Things that don't work. Toilet kept plugging up with just water. Ice machine was broken. Secure WIFI wasn't secure. Continental breakfast was bland, and on week days is over at 9 am. Weekends 10 am. Just maybe people on vacation want to sleep in.

The hotel had ample parking and was within walking distance to restaurants. The hotel needs an elevator and the room could use a refresh.
