Close to family that lives near by. Area was clean and easy to find.

We like that it is so close to the ferry

We had to change rooms because the AC would not stay cool. They were very accommodating.

I spent two nights with my kid here, it's too noisy, some people were watching TV or holding a party at midnight, couldn't sleep well.

The location is perfect if you plan on taking the ferry to Seattle

Great place to have a business meeting

Location a plus. Easy walk to WA ferries, proximity to excellent restaurants, short stroll to fourth street retail and arts district, Jake delivered a coveted quiet room, and asked if there was anything he could provide. All needs were met. Maintenance issue was single operating elevator. Waits not onerous, but repair should be accelerated. Thank you for a memorable few days. Bremerton is “friendly” on steroids.

The clerk person was very present and kind . I love this hotel because they let us check in early and check out time was noon. Very relaxing stay. Thank you so much

My 6 yr old couldn't stop talking about the waffles at breakfast - best waffles ever. He wasn't wrong. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could mention her specifically. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken a care of, and was on top of everything. The room was good. The only thing that could have been better - the bed was squeaky so everytime we turned over it was kind of noisy.

The staff were very sweet and accommodating. My husband had an allergic reaction to lavender , we had visited a lavender field. I asked if they would clean the room bc he woke up with his eyes swollen. They jumped right on it. They sent texts asking if we needed anything. That was very helpful! This is the second time staying at this property and we love it. That you had to pay so much a day to park.

We love being downtown and near restaurants, the ferry, etc. And the staff were wonderful. But our fourth-floor window was dirty, making the view of the harbor not so fun. We struggled to get the luggage cards into the elevator bay and even into the room, because of doorway/floor level bumps. Everything else okay.

Beautiful! It’s close to the ferry and many good places for food. The bed was a cement pad and there was a lot of noise from every direction. No sound proofing!

Our room was advertised with a jetted tub and a amazing breakfast... We were also told that there was a swimming pool and BBQs on the rooftop Well, we got up to the room, the first thing we noticed was no jetted tub! UGH! In the morning we went down to breakfast, the biscuits were really hard, and I don't think the sausage patties were actual meat.UGH! We wanted to go swimming but couldn't find the pool so we asked at the desk where the swimming pool was? They told us that they had to remove it! UGH! FOLor dinner we thought we would bbq steaks on the rooftop, well the door to the rooftop was locked so once again we talk to the front desk are are informed at this point that they no longer have those either! UGH!!! We made the best of our time there but the reason why we were there was for all things advertised. None of those things are true... Disappointed for sure. The one thing we did enjoy though was the 180 view we had of the harbor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was better than expected. If only they had a pool! But that would likely drive up the price.
