Everything is beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and maintained even outside of swim season. The breakfast area was clean and the food was delicious. 10/10.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast. Pancakes, hot oatmeal, biscuits, ham, scrambled eggs, McMuffin eggs, ham, bagels, yogurts, packaged muffins, freshly ground (machine) coffee while you wait, flavored creamers, half & half, juices. Breakfast attendant always standing by.

Upon walking into our room our temperature was set to 60 degrees both units in the room. As we had a late check in we were exhausted from the long drive and just wanted to shower and go to sleep but being that it was so cold made it impossible to do so. So we left for an hr to grab some food upon our return it was 65 still really cold we just had to layer ourself and get under the sheets for the night. It eventually got up to 70! Also we do understand that the hotel is pet friendly but if you are running an establishment allowing dogs to stay I think when cleaning the rooms should be a bit more of a deep cleaning. There was dog dander, it smelled like pee and quite a few stains on the carpet and on the sofa. If it wasn’t so late in the evening we would have switched hotels as this one was completely full and no other rooms were available.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem is that the plumbing was not very good. The toilets kept getting clogged up. My brother was in a wheelchair and they had to move us from our room to another room and the other room wasn’t handicap accessible, but it’s all they had. They did the best they could for us.
