In fairness to the place, there was some exterior building updates that increased the dirt and noise. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than most. Bathroom could have used some attention with cleanliness. The entry driveway was bit confusing.

I did not eat breakfast there. I did have juice it was good. As far as location, Bridgeport itself is a very confusing place. I did not like the ball players have prostitutes on the 4th floor. I spent all night trying to keep my service animal quiet so I didn't get kicked out! They did Count Me another night stay so I could get some sleep for the next day travel. After loading some of my luggage and my service animal into my car, I went back up to retrieve the rest of my belongings and myself and another woman were then stuck in the elevator. She said we were in there for an hour the staff said it was only a half an hour. Her husband called 911 to get the fireman there. Although I'm disabled I had to climb the ladder to go out the top of the elevator. And being disabled I could not take the stairs back to the first floor I had to use the other elevator. Then I had to wait for them to retrieve the rest of my belongings from the original elevator. I was so shaken up I could not drive. So I stayed another night on the ground floor. Not only did I have to pay for this room I also had to put up with all the screaming children going to and from the pool. The staff did nothing about this.

The staff were welcoming and eager to help. Breakfast bar had great options but ran low on some items later in the morning. Room had everything you could possibly need. Great experience overall!
