Quality Inn Bridgeport - Clarksburg

Laundry was not available and my card was charged and my deposit was not refunded

The room was very comfortable. I had a good night rest. I think it would be more comfortable if the smell of the rug is controlled. The location is excellent. The smell of the rug is the only issue.

Everything Nothing

Everything could have been better. The rooms were not ready when we arrived. Check in was at 3 and we arrived around 6 and had to wait for the rooms to be cleaned. To use the pool, you have to go to the gym next door and it’s a fairly small pool. The bathroom door didn’t latch. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The shower was so disgusting I went out and bought shower shoes to use. The pillows on one bed had orange spots on them

Nothing They never refunded money they were supposed to, staff was very unfriendly. Parking was limited

Receptionist was not pleasant should probably fire her, was on FaceTime with someone while checking people in

Did not use AC, breakfast was good.

Smelt horrible like nasty feet and Felt gross like I was gonna get bed bugs or something

Front desk never made eye contact and barely acknowledged our presence. Only spoke when asked a direct question and used as few words as possible. Dealt with her at check in and check out.

They were doing construction ,that's what the desk clerk says as to why the filth. I never stayed there it was to unclean for us. The clerk was nice and honest so I appreciate that.The pictures that Expedia has is a hoax . They attempted to give us a room with a door that leads to the next room with some kind of chair against it with advanced notice that there may be a lot going on with the neighbors but just stuck it up. They couldnot/would not refund me or referral to sister company. I called Expedia they couldn't /wouldn't help me said wait for a call back (so basically left me on the street) They never called me back with a solution ,never refunded the acct. Im from LosAngeles CA visiting West Virginia they didn't care if I didn't have a way to pay for stay somewhere else. I even paid for so called insurance. This really shocked me cause I trusted them.

Breakfast poor. Frig too warm. Yogurt expired. Could not get water to shower head

The property was fine but the manager is terrible and doesn’t answer emails I booked 2 rooms and had to cancel one and never got my refund for the one I cancelled Same as above

Left a security deposit for any incidentals, and upon check out was told because of my service animal there’s a non refundable deposit. No damage was done to the room; was never asked if any pets were in the room.

Nothing I got ate up with bed bugs had to go out and sleep in my truck at 1 o’clock in the morning and still haven’t gotten refunded Everything it was dirty and smelled bad

The breakfast was awful and the coffee even in bold flavor was like water, the coffee pot in my room was filled with scum and dirt, the sink wouldn't drain water so it would stay filled for hours and their were hardly any plug ons to charge our phones..upon our checkout a member of the cleaning crew followed my son and stepson thru the hallways asking them questions they couldn't understand bc it wasn't English and then kept knocking on my door knowing myself and my toddler were in there packing! Horrible stay, horrible hotel and horrible housekeeping staff

No tv - clean - works well if your passing through

Very fast and easy check-in No diet pop in vending machine

Bit loud at night.
