Quality Inn Bridgeport - Clarksburg

The property was very clean and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the pillows are small square pillows, not standard size. Breakfast was good and there was a decent selection. The property is a little dated but we don't mind that as long as it's clean. The stay overall was excellent!

The lady at front desk was very nice but was unable to offer any resolutions. Breakfast was alright but nothing worth getting excited about. If I would have had the resources I would have cancelled our reservation and went else where.

Coffee and juice watered down. Didn't eat the breakfast. Property not clean looking. Sink didn't drain very well. No back on tv remote so it was difficult to change channels. Thick dust on top of bed back boards. Looked like black mold around shower. Did not shower in room. W33

I don't like that one time you come and don't owe a deposit next you owe 75 each room then come again you owe 50.Somethings not right about that

Property was in an excellent location. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly upon check in. They advertise an indoor pool and free breakfast, but they fail to mention that the indoor pool is actually at a next door gym and is only available until 8pm. The staff at the gym seemed a little put off by our wanting to use the pool and weren’t very friendly towards us. As for the free breakfast, it was a very poor attempt at breakfast and our group of 5 ended up having to go out for breakfast costing us over $70, so don’t fall for the free breakfast hype.

Outside stairs were overgrown with tree branches hanging over and unsafe. Steps to outside entrance needed swept. All in all I would never recommend staying at this hotel.

There were no lights on in the parking lot or the overhang where your checked in. As far as I could tell, it looked closed. I was given the key to a room where somebody was already living. The shower had serious mold issues and no hot water.

Nothing. I had stayed there a number of years ago and decided to stay there when I was recently in the area. It had declined to a state I never could have imagined. It was dirty, stank and was totally run down. On arrival we were offered a room that stank of cigarettes and mold. On complaining we were moved to a somewhat “better” room. This, too, was unacceptable. In short, this hotel is unfit for livestock, let alone humans. Needs to be shut down.

I don't know if it was the people above me or just that the floor and walls are thin but I had to call front desk twice because of above noises being so loud all night long. Could hear people moving around continuously throughout the day and even at night
