Room clean but pool closed and looked like it’s been closed for a while (the sign was old)

Is a frequent traveler usually with one stop in that area on my way down south as a classic traveling salesman I don’t look for five star quality in a three star hotel but when I look at a three star hotel and it becomes a one star I get pissed off from a rude front reception to not even asking me about room options, but rather putting me in a handicap access room without even informing me or asking me and I prefer to leave handicap rooms for the handicap people that may check in later. I hate that bathroom was dirty. The kitchen area was dirty. The AC system was too loud. I would never stay there again. I’d rather sleep in my truck.

Room was great we had a one bedroom sweet . Full kitchen and a great price. Conveniently located. I only wish the couch was a pull out bed that would have been better for what we needed . I will stay here again when in town

The property and STAFF were excellent. The suite was comfortable, well appointed, and clean. The breakfast continental buffet was all it should have been. We would stay again.

I didn't even get passed the front desk. The lady there was rude when I went to check in. She told me that I can't stay there because I was local and they don't book rooms to locals. What if your house is being fumigated or it caught on fire and you needed a place to stay??

The rooms are spacious. The breakfast was great with lots of options. There was no USB plugs in the room. Need more pillows.
