The negatives were the excessive parking lot lights from the adjacent property. It was practically daylight in the middle of the night. Luckily there are blackout roller shades. Breakfast was not included in my rate. It should have been. It was $20 extra at the time of booking or $14 on-site. See the problem Hilton? And it was basically the same kind of food I had for free the day before at a Hampton Inn. Steam table ready. No frills other than a server taking your order and delivering your food to table.
-
Only problem I had was that the bed pillows (two) were made of down. As I like to sleep with my head somewhat elevated, this was a problem for me as the pillows change shape as I move. Would suggest foam pillows at least one of the two) be available.

Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided.

Didn’t have breakfast.

Weekend visit to see my mother. Hotel is located in a very nice area and plenty of shopping and food in less than 1 mile

The staff was very NON hospitable! It would be nice if they would get with the industry standards. I stay at Hampton inns all over. This one is the ONLY one who doesn’t give the courtesy of having coffee out 24/7. I am there for work I am a (Traveling Doctor) and I’ve asked for a 1 pm check out and RUDLY I WAS TOLD “NO-ONE . C. A C B y IS STAYING AFTER NOON TODAY” what a discouraging fact. I work away from home EVERY WEEKEND. And I spend A LOT of money in hotel accommodations. I will stay for the reservations I have for this hotel already reserved. But then NEVER AGAIN. I am a doctor my shift aren’t like some people. 9-5 would be great but I’m on call so a damn cup of coffee at midnight after I’ve spent 10 grouling hours in the OR would be nice. So since I cut for a living I know when something in necrotic and needs to be amputated. The time has come to amputate. Shame on you, this Hilton Garden Inn is a disgrace to the “HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY”! I hope “Hilton Worldwide” reads this review and looks into this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Spacious room
-
Nice hotel, large room, entire hotel was clean and well maintained.
-
The room was small but serviceable, breakfast was disappointing and not worth the price. I’ve had much better breakfast food from free breakfast buffets, Do not go until the pool is done being serviced because other than the Burger King next door, this hotel was a huge let down.
-
Very clean and pleasant facility. Minimal staff, had to change rooms due to A/C leaking water onto the floor.
-
Nice place to stay. Clean room and right off the highway.
-
The breakfasts were excellent, with multiple options on the menu and cooked individually for each guest. Prices were modest and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing.

This is a very well maintained property. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and loved that the shower was very low entry. Our room faced the sign for the Burger King next door, but the blackout shade completely blocked any light from it during the night. There is a restaurant on the main level if you don't want to go out for food. It was very quiet and our sleep was not disturbed by others coming and going. It was a very positive experience.

The cleanliness and most of all the bed. It’s the most comfortable I ever slept in a hotel. Nothing

Michael was absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Breakfast was supposed to be included with the stay. My husband & I payed almost $22 before tip. We were told to pkce our orders and to sit down and they would be delivered. A little disappointing. Overall, everything was great
