Room was clean and for price really nice and had hot tub and pool access which was nice

Its fine for the night. Close to walkable restaurants. Bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor and someone below didnt like that we were walking in the room because they kept slamming something on the ceiling. We weren't doing anything crazy or pounding, just walking to and from the bathroom, so clearly the floors are thin.

The pool was closed, there was hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Everything was great, recently remodeled room, great staff, ample parking. Definitely recommend.

Room smelled like mildew 102. Hotel was overbooked so I couldn't switch rooms. Pool was closed and drained. Victor a manager gaslighted me when i brought up the smell. He had housekeeping spray the bed, air conditioner and room to cover up the smell. Floor wasn't laid correctly and I tripped over raised boards. Breakfast was descent. Some staff are nice. Name tags on employees would be nice.

The first thing those considering this hotel should know is that there is NO POOL. You may use pool next door but that isn’t acceptable. Next the continental breakfast was horrible! They had stale bread out for toast, one biscuit on the bar, one spoonful of dried out gravy. No juice, No fruit the milk was watered down. No coffee in the dispensers. And the hours they had on the continental breakfast 5 AM- 9 AM. Ridiculous! Wyndham needs to send someone undercover to this location and investigate. I think they would be ashamed to have their name attached to this location! The hotel was in desperate need of updating. The shower needed to be replaced and st minimum resurfaced. The sheets on the bed was stained and should have been removed from rotation. The lights were burned out not working in bathroom. Literally one bulb. Hallways smelled like an ashtray! Nasty walls, carpet and furniture in room was in disrepair. Take my advice fo nit stay here! Wyndham you seriously need to get your name off of this hotel! For me I’ll never stay at a Wyndham hotel again. The name means nothing to me any longer.

Horrible staff horrible accommodations. Checkout in less than an hour and they still kept my money. Everything

The price was very inexpensive. The place had a bad smell and overall seemed dirty. The breakfast was ok but seemed lacking. There was nothing to drink other than coffee. No water or juice. The rooms were ok. You could tell that they attempted to update, but very cheaply. The flooring was probably laid over top of the old carpet, and it was coming up in places. The area around/parking lot seemed dingy and not a good area (not that I had any issues as far as safety, just didn't seem safe).

The indoor pool was not working.
-
Staff was friendly The room smelt like mildew so bad I had to buy scentsies to overpower it, mold in the bathroom, floor was bubbled up, blood stains on the pillow
-
Front staff was nice especially having to extend our stay multiple times. Convenient location. Reasonably clean More breakfast option like orange juice or apple juice would be nice. The side entrance door being right next to the trash where ppl smoked was a lot. Would be beneficial to move that trash so non smokers don’t have to walk right thru that smoke smell

The rooms looked like they were recently updated. The room was clean. The staff was great. We did have an issue with the first room we were in but the staff gave us another room quickly with no problem

I paid for a room for my step daughter and her almost two year old. Around one the morning the front desk person called her room and told her she had to leave because her baby was crying. And some poor Kanan called and complained. Instead of offering her another room .

The staff was very friendly, and cleaned room well. There wasn’t an elevator so had to climb steps no coffee maker in room didn’t like the fact I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for my two dogs that were with us I could see having to sign a pet policy and be charged if animals damaged anything people with well behaved animals shouldn’t have to incur these charges it was money taken out our pockets to have for trip.outside entry doors were not locked which is a safety hazard for guests. The only other issue was a cockroach on our wall the last night we were there immediately went through all bags and put in vehicle so we didn’t take anything home.
