The staff was very friendly, and cleaned room well. There wasn’t an elevator so had to climb steps no coffee maker in room didn’t like the fact I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for my two dogs that were with us I could see having to sign a pet policy and be charged if animals damaged anything people with well behaved animals shouldn’t have to incur these charges it was money taken out our pockets to have for trip.outside entry doors were not locked which is a safety hazard for guests.The only other issue was a cockroach on our wall the last night we were there immediately went through all bags and put in vehicle so we didn’t take anything home.

Everything was dirty floors sheets blankets towels and was medication in the bed when covers were pulled back. Pool was like bath water dirty and no chemicals were in at all and the pump sounded like it was going to blow up . No discount either . Breakfast no juice no eggs no cereal or fruit only waffles no butter or meat . Same as above

The pool is falling apart and desperately needs cleaned

The hotel did not look like the pictures. The property was very old and outdated. The building also smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Although the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I myself wouldn't stay there again.

We write alot of good reviews, but not this one. Where should I start? We're booked for 5 days. First they didn't have our room. Offered a suite upgrade, but just for 1 day, so we would have to move the next day, nope! No compensation offered. Alternative was a double room, fine? Nope. 2 Double beds. Seemed like a $10 mattress on a metal base, no box spring. Worst bed ever. No elevator, may seem insignificant for 2 floors, but when you're staying 5 days with your wife, it is. The luggage level gets excessive. Pool was like bathwater, area was tropical humid. No carpetin the rooms, laminant floor bubbles everywhere, one so big my wife kept tripping over it. Furniture falling apart, bathroom door wouldn't shut, water smelled like sewage. I'm sure the breakfast guy and cleaning staff keep the place alive, the front end staff wandered around like it was thier first day on the job and noone could find the manager. Even though the front desk bragged about the breakfast it was very average for hotel breakfast, except the bacon, it was very good. The breakfast guy did very well with what he had to work with, which was lacking in choices. Construction crews invaded the place every night and stomped thier way out evry morning at 5AM. Over all, this place cut every corner that could be cut. The paint was fresh but everyting else was old and rickety.

The staff was super friendly. The motel is close to everything yet quiet. Room was clean and looked recently updated. The only concern (not a complaint), the pool area may need some tlc to match the rest of the motel. My family and i will definitely stay again. ❤️

Had clean rooms. Had good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. exceeded my expectations.

Passable...when they deside to have one. Other than that it was coffee Olney. The property looks old and needs cleaning. Take mud off stairs. They could have had some one there to cook. When asked desk clerk (who could barley speak English so you could understand him) he said " just " didn't show up today". Disapointing!!!

Amenities and staff wear slim and the breakfasts the cooked in a great job on all the breakfast foods especially the scrambled eggs. Nothing

Hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was so dirty. I know its a cheap hotel and wasn't expecting a 5 star resort but this was awful.

They need to keep the methheads out from behind the counter in the morning. Went down Saturday morning to turn my cards in and some tweaker was just going through everything behind the counter. Other than that good place to stay

Very nice place No coffee or tea and n room. Just don’t like getting dressed to go get it down .

We checked in, and quickly checked back out. The sheets were stained, the floor of our room was dirty, the hallways to the rooms were gross. We tried to go to the pool and the pool was green with a mop head at the bottom. I told staff we were leaving and they did offer to change the sheets but we declined. The front desk worker was accommodating and did offer to refund our money. The staff was helpful but the cleanliness of this hotel is 1/5 stars. We went elsewhere and suggest you do too.

Our room cleaned every day and clean towels Marion was our house keeper he was great. It was quiet at night. Had great breakfast.

great parking and clean I didn’t pay much attention, except for parking which were close to building, It was quiet and not loud with people or parties.

Staff were nowhere to be found when needed or so busy it took forever to get waited on.
