Front desk staff were so friendly - Shauna especially! Clean spaces, and well maintained. The indoor pool was fine but it is very small and the chemicals were overwhelming. Breakfast was included and it was one of the better free breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Ask for the anti-slip mat for the shower at the front desk, it’s needed.

Just needed a quick overnight stop through town while visiting the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum as part of a longer road trip. While not the closest accommodations to the asylum, this hotel was very reasonably priced and we were pleasantly surprised at the ample room size for our party of 4. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a small variety of hot foods (oatmeal, omelets, breakfast sandwiches) and breads and pastries. The location is also convenient to a Kroger and many chain restaurants. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend for anyone looking to visit TALA.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay. The rugs had some stains, the couch had some stains, crumbs in the soda. Paint chipping off the bathroom counter and the faucet pulling out of the wall. Breakfast may have been good but everything was wiped out by 8:50 but breakfast didn’t end until 9:30. Nothing was refilled. Not sure how the rating is 9.4. I’d say it’s more like a 7.5.

Very nice place. Convenient and very hospitable. Their key card machine was broken so the poor desk girl had to walk every guest to their room and it made coming and going rather difficult but this obviously wasn’t their fault and they were very apologetic. Breakfast was decent for being free. Room was decent sized and clean. Bed could have been firmer but it was fine.

The place was fine but it was extremely damp in our room, it was totally uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, very clean, great value, great complimentary breakfast

Comfortable bed, quiet and clean

It was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Breakfast and a couple of maintenance issues were disappointing. In the room the floor lamp at the entrance was not working. Also the reading light on one of the beds was not working. I left a note for housekeeping. But I don’t think guests should need to be the ones to note these things. Breakfast had its issues too: first coffee creamer ran out, then coffee ran out, eggs ran out and the front desk had to be notified that replenishment was necessary for these. And the juice machine was “out of order” … just like last year when I stayed here. Don’t get me wrong. This is a very nice, reasonably priced property with excellent staff (particularly Marshal). I will be staying again next year…if only to check on the juice machine.

Close to old folks home They charged me $14 beyond what was agreed to with booking.com. I did not authorize these “city of Bridgeport Emergency Services Fees” explained to me four days after my checkout date, when I saw the additional charge on my cc postings. I never had an emergency. Suspect fraud.

It was a nice hotel midrange budget. It worked for our needs.

We arrived about half an hour before check in. The staff moved to have our room ready by check in time. The space was large, comfortable and best of all--quiet--even though in a rather busy area. I would definitely stop here in the future when the opportunity presents itself. Everyone working there greeted us with a Good Day or Good Morning or Have a nice day.
