Manager was friendly and professional. Room was clean. Was quiet until 2:00 a.m. when we heard a lot of activity in the room above us until 5:00 a.m.

Staff at the reception is nice and friendly. The offered good support to find a good place to have dinner. Room and bathroom are rather small, but provide the basics you are looking for when you are on a road trip. Facilities are clean. Value for money is fair, this place was advertised as an hotel, but is based on location and services more to be considered a motel. Breakfast is only providing hot and cold drinks, waffles and energy bars. Not to be considered a real breakfast. Environment feels a bit unsafe, also given the various mysterious people who have rented rooms for a longer period. At night they cook their dinner at the gallery in front of their hotel room and hang around talking and smoking cigarettes.

Location was great. Right off the interstate and easy access to the mall.

Room was clean and comfortable. My main problem with the property is that it seemed they had long term guests actually living there. I didn’t feel completely safe.

Very polite staff. Was able to check in early as room was available. Room was very clean. Only one thing would be, to maybe have a look at the AC filters in the rooms. The room I was in had a smell to it when turned on, that made the room have that uncomfortable smell. Other than that an amazing stay. Very comfortable beds.

Was charged a “local” cash only deposit. Live an hour away but had to leave a substantial ash deposit to sleep in a hotel. The clerk then made me feel unwanted when he had to check my room before I got my cash back. Not a good way to treat people

The room had a smell that I couldn’t pinpoint what’s was. It wasn’t horrible but was pleasant either.
