I had booked a non-smoking room for two with two beds. I was not happy to receive one king bed for my friend and I. The staff said it was all they had, and said that it was the booking they received. However, I had my receipt for the two bed booking. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was an extra charge for city taxes.

The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Plenty of parking.

The property was run down, the concrete walks were very cracked and sluffing iff the top layer in places. There was no elevator so dragging luggage upstairs proved very difficult if you have physical issues. The room was very tight but clean. Tiny refrig and no coffee pot in room. There was a microwave. The bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn around . Tub faucet was very loose and the handles were on backwards. The breakfast was a joke! Only waffles, oatmeal, bad tasting juice, granola bars and coffee. No fruit or protein as advertised. The only positive comment is the beds were OK and there was free parking. WILL NOT be back!

The hotel requested an authorization form forcing my employees to pay with personal credit card. Therefore, the hotel charged Engine and my employees credit card.

Rooms with 2 vehicles taking spaces for rooms with 1 vehicle especially when i had a elderly parent with me ... Had to park 5 spaces away from room

The front desk lady was extremely helpful and professional. Very fast and friendly, made checking in pleasant I really could not think of anything negative ,

Our showers hot water did not work at all.

Manager was friendly and professional. Room was clean. Was quiet until 2:00 a.m. when we heard a lot of activity in the room above us until 5:00 a.m.

Value for money is fair, this place was advertised as an hotel, but is based on location and services more to be considered a motel. Breakfast is only providing hot and cold drinks, waffles and energy bars. Not to be considered a real breakfast. Environment feels a bit unsafe, also given the various mysterious people who have rented rooms for a longer period. At night they cook their dinner at the gallery in front of their hotel room and hang around talking and smoking cigarettes.
