New Relax INN

During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a shower. We had to spend time each morning going and trying to get our devices charged in our car or a coffee shop. Other than that issue we had an excellent stay and the owner was very nice and explained what was going on after asking, and housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything nice and tidy. Definitely however check weather and events going on in and around the area before going just to be prepared in the event of no power during your stay.

Bed hard

I needed this motel room so that I could go to Chicago for business, but for somewhere to sleep at night and spend part of my morning, this place did the trick. I did not have an issue with my room at all and the staff was willing to answer whatever question I had.

The hotel was really nice. The hotel owner was straightforward and kind. They had good A.C. They also have a cleaning ladies come in every day.

Location Only shower and lights on timer

The tub was not clean. If I weren’t exhausted I would have changed rooms. One of the towels had hair still stuck in it. Grateful one of them was clean-looking and that I had plastic bags (to make a glove) and disinfecting wipes so I could use the shower.

Location, staff, cleanliness, and free parking. Lights on a timer, no outlets near beds,toilet is low to the floor

Quiet and clean Price

First of all when renting the hotel and I called the lady and I asked for smoking she said no smoking? You pay $100 deposit and if it smells like smoke, she said I wasn’t gonna get my deposit back a little that she knows. I told her I respect it inside I smoked outside, but AnyWho, the room is too tight very small hard bed couldn’t relax on it to sleep. Hard pillows you sink inside the bed when you sleep the chairs were too hard. Nowhere to hang your clothes and the ladies just was rude so to recommend it to somebody else else’s on them.

It was clean Place needs to be updated, need better pillows, there was only 1 and it was hard, parking could have been better, went into room turned on tv to nothing but porn and couldn't get it off, had to go to office, wasn't good for family to see

Room reeked of cigarette smoke. As someone highly allergic to this, I was miserable.

Ride share close to airport easily found hotel. Room exceedingly comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and ready to accommodate us from Hotels.com reservation. Room rate was affordable.

booked a room for 2 days for $170 dollars... fkund out my girl had been cheating on me and she calls the front desk to try and get.me kicke out of my room after doing nothing wrong. He ended up kicking us both out and calling the cops after apologizing for her behavior/phone call to him... mknd you ive done nothing wrong didnt argue with her or anything. He had no compassion, empathy or care for a human being. also was only there for 3 hours the first day and would not refubd me fof the next day i paid for... DO NOT GO TO THIS HITEL UNLESS .YOU WANT TO GET KICKEX OUT FOR A DUMB REASON AND YOUR MKNEY TAKEN... Total scammer

I showed up and had paid for The honeymoon suite and upon arrival was informed that I was required to pay a $100 cash deposit of which was nowhere on your site after about 20 minutes of searching, the staff informed me that it was on a different site and then proceeded to not want to refund my money because they said it was through your site and not their problem. So me and my pregnant girlfriend were required to take a smoking room or just be out the money I had paid for the suite was not offered any compensation or money back knowing well that I had paid a lot more for this week than I did for the single king size smoking room onmoney to take a smoking room because of it

No breakfast was available. The hotel was not worth the value. We can get better hotel at the same or less price.

Peaceful nobody bother me at all I wish they would have had laundry machines
