Me and my girlfriend been going there for years about 3 now the last time being about a year ago but we’ve been about 5-6 times and last times before yesterday and the day before were great clean and never had an issue but the last time which was 2 days ago it was so bad… my bed was dirty had stains on the sheets and the towel that I dried my son with had hairs on it long hairs my wife was there too but she hadn’t taken a shower yet. We were even transferred to a different room and it was worse .. so we just went back to 221.. the staff were great tried his best to help but the cleaners need to do a better job …

Security deposit process the even before and day of checking out

Bathroom light wouldnt turn off. Light-switch itself is broke which seems to be a hazard. Stains in towels and bed. It has such potential to be good.

No breakfast Nothing

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The shower in my room didn't work properly, which was very frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited—there was only cereal, muffins, a waffle maker, and a refrigerator with a jug of milk that didn't look very clean. I ended up skipping breakfast and going across the street to McDonald's instead. The location was convenient, but the room condition and breakfast quality did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again.

Nothing, the hotel canceled our reservation without giving me any notification. The hotel canceled our reservation without giving me any notification. The staff member whom we spoke with was not helpful and seemed very spaced out. My wife and I asked if there were other hotels that he could recommend and he just stared at us for a few awkward seconds, then said, "there's a Hilton down the road." I immediately knew that this staff member would not be anymore help, so we called other hotels for availability in the lobby. We ended up staying at the Best Western Midway; it was pricey but ended up working out in the end. The Super 8 looked run down and in disarray. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, it'll be worth not having to deal with the hassle and a rundown motel.

This place was a mess smells bad

The hotel was awful. The room was dingy, dusty and had a musty odor. The bathroom was not clean. It had hair in the tub and sink. The place was so terrible my caregiver slept in the car. I am wheel chair bound and the elevator broke down. I had to call 911 come and get me to take me down the stairs. My stay was supposed to be for three days. I only spent one night there because the conditions were terrible and unsafe. I complained to the hotel staff and they didn't seem to care. I would really like a refund for the deplorable condition I had to endure.

Issues getting deposit back

The motel was dirty, mattresses of poor quality and should have been replaced. The place needed painting and the rugs were filthy. I’ve never stayed in a place this bad for$180.00. This Super Eight should be closed.

A dumpy looking property. I debated about checking in but decided I could stay there for a night. However, they insisted I pay another hundred dollars to cover any “extras“. There is nothing about this Hotel that could’ve been an extra and when I ask them if they would be available when I left the following morning at 5 AM to get my hundred dollars back, they said they would not be available. I refused to complete registration and went elsewhere to spend the night. Beyond duty clerk had no idea what she was doing. I will be insisting on a refund.

Not the greatest place I’ve stayed but not the worst. Room furniture was not great, beds horribly squeaky, tub drained extremely slow, no coffee maker, breakfast was just sad, waffle maker couldn’t be used, microwave threw a breaker and quit working, no hot items. Ended up going to the McDonalds across the street so we could have a somewhat decent hot breakfast. Staff was ok.

Considering the electricity was out, due to storms earlier in the week, for nearly the entire weekend, the stay was okay. Because of a music festival at GeekSest stadium everything in the area was full. I was glad to have a bed to sleep in. Due to the total inconvenience of not having electricity, I did feel that I should have been offered a partial refund. But that didn’t happen, and, as I said, I was just happy to have a bed.

Arrived to the hotel and it had zero power & zero hot water, granted a pretty nasty storm had hit the day before. AC ran great after the power came back on though. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work at all even when power came back. Guy at the front desk made me wait multiple times to finish his phone call before helping me out & I saw him do the same to others. Did the job for the price but won’t be back.
