Hampton Inn & Suites Bridgeview Chicago

The staff was friendly and courteous, but unfortunately the condition of the hotel did not match the price I paid. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. I expected a much better experience from a Hampton Inn. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The room was clean and breakfast food was hot and good. The only thing we noticed was there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel with kind staff, lots of parking, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location!

The property was super clean in room and in the common areas. My family thoroughly enjoyed the locations indoor pool and 4 hour long daily breakfast hours. 24hr restaraunt in the next parking lot over including a full service gas station. The staff was super friendly. The location is minutes from Midway Airport. The location is great for anyone driving and has easily accessible free self parking.

Clean and well maintained. Very nice and helpful staff. Great for families and couples. Plenty of onsite parking. Safe and well lit parking. We’ll be back for sure.

I loved the staff, everyone was so nice and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I loved the breakfast. I wish the Pool was bigger, it was a little small and there was a lot of people in the pool so it became crowded fast and I also wish the pool area had a Hot tub.

Terrific stay! Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, very solid breakfast (as Hampton is known for). I've been to Chicago dozens of times but never stayed in this area, what a fun neighborhood to explore -- the food in Little Palestine was amazing, in particular check out Al Manakeesh around 10 blocks south -- and good central location with easy interstate access into the loop while still offering free parking and more reasonable rates.

Cleanliness, very good bed, quiet We were moved here from another Hampton which added stress, especially since we had been traveling from Spain that day and the drive from O’Hare was much longer than we expected.

Nice place to stay

Love the location and most of the front desk people were kind. I didn’t like how Marlan treated me as a guest when I first arrived. I asked for an extra key and she told me no which was fine but it was with complete attitude and was very unprofessional. Besides that, it was great.
