Best Western Kenosha Inn

All in all a good stay. Nightstand lamps were not in good shape. No USB ports. Luke warm bath water but clean bathroom comfortable bed, nice staff, and reasonable breakfast.

Everything was really nice. Location, clean, quiet, easy access. The ice maker was down for day. King size bed was great, probably needs to be flipped or turned. Had a small divet, caused a little cramp in my back. But as long as I could stay out of the divet, it was great.

Lots of dining options within walking distance or a very short drive.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the breakfast was good!

I didn't have breakfast. The hotel is fairly clean. The front desk staff that checked me in was friendly and quick. The reason I subtracted a star was due to no elevator

The bed was not comfortable, the breakfast buffet in the lobby was terrible. My room was beautiful, although I reserved this king suite with a jacuzzi, the jets in the tub did not work. The location was great, there was a market across the street with a Starbucks, there was also many stores and restaurants nearby.I was really disappointed.

This is my go to hotel when I travel to Broken Arrow. It’s no frills but it’s clean and quiet and in a great location. The staff is always amazing. The only negative I ever have is with the breakfast, but I already know that going in so I just plan to eat elsewhere. Will continue to stay here!!

No hot water. Coffee was all gone. No staff available. Room was ok as far as cleanliness but had a strong perfume smell.

Getting to places was relatively easy! Definitely would come back to to the area. Hotel was also in a good location! The room itself was good but uncleanly and it was addressed. Some updates do need to happen especially the bathroom and the TV stand.

The only thing was the shower was a lil old

The room was nice and clean. Service was great. The staff and amenities were very accommodating. Overall, very satisfied with my stay. Definitely will stay here again next time in the area.

Room, main area was clean Breakfast essentially had watery scrambled eggs, empty waffles, yogurt dispenser was empty at 7 am, when asked to refill, answer was no more yogurt available. White towels were seriously gray

Great location in the middle of everywhere I want to be when I visit! Staff is super friendly and helpful, even anticipating I’d need a room on the first floor because I was staying multiple days and might have a lot to bring in! I did do a ton of shopping, so she wasn’t wrong! I also love all the personal decorative touches throughout the common areas! Ramp access is less than ideal, but still accessible.

The owner was awesome guy will definitely go back to stay if im in that area

We have stayed there a couple of times now and both times have been great experiences. Very clean and comfortable beds.

The location is great. It wasn’t as clean as it should be.The bathroom was floor in the corners were dirty and the carpet in the room in the corners and along the edges was dirty.
