The staff went over and about for our Veitnam Veterans Reunion. They gave the a dozen yellow roses with a thank you for your service card. What normal facility staff would do something like that. Absolutely nothing

Dislike management don’t feel the welcoming

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Breakfast times were not communicated upon checking and it ends at 10am. Got there at 10 and was denied food. Rooms carpets are coming up, and furniture is falling apart. I can see why it was a cheaper rate compared to other hotels. DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST PACKAGE. just order and pay at breakfast time. Or you’ll be out $50 for nothing. Ps. They done even have cereal for kids.

Location was great. Facilities very nice The restaurant was freezing cold and we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. Also I thought breakfast was included but it was extra in the restaurant and we didn't eat it because of what we experienced with the supper. We won't be staying there again.

The only issue or thing I did not like was that there were no fans in the bathroom. The place was clean and staff were helpful.

Very quiet nice and inviting

Overall, it was an okay stay. The blackout curtains did not block out all the sunlight or lights from the outside at night. I was on the 5th floor, so it was hard to get the room cold, even at night. The bed was a bit stiff. The shower door didn't shut fully when taking a shower. I was only there for two nights. The staff on the other hand was incredible and very pleasant to deal with. I was left with a smile due to the friendly staff.
