Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa-Broken Arrow

Location was great. Facilities very nice The restaurant was freezing cold and we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. Also I thought breakfast was included but it was extra in the restaurant and we didn't eat it because of what we experienced with the supper. We won't be staying there again.

The only issue or thing I did not like was that there were no fans in the bathroom. The place was clean and staff were helpful.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The blackout curtains did not block out all the sunlight or lights from the outside at night. I was on the 5th floor, so it was hard to get the room cold, even at night. The bed was a bit stiff. The shower door didn't shut fully when taking a shower. I was only there for two nights. The staff on the other hand was incredible and very pleasant to deal with. I was left with a smile due to the friendly staff.

They charge for every little thing. $5 plus tax to park per day, charge for breakfast, charge for using a charge card, I mean jeez just wrap it all up in the price and be done with it. The room was clean and pretty comfortable and the staff was friendly. That's the only saving grace. Next time ill stay at the Stonebridge across the street. Its much nicer.

It was secure and quiet They didn’t bring any towels or check the room until after we left , we could have used more towels and toliet paper

Decent hotel, great area. I found someone’s hair on the bathroom floor. But we just cleaned it up. Other than that no complaints. We thought there was breakfast included but my husband went to grab an apple and some lady made him put it back and said it was for a certain group. Parking was a little tight but not terrible.

I had an emergency had to have surgery a week earlier and I stayed at there hotel at a different location by the hospital in Tulsa I asked for a refund on the Bass Pro location because of broken foot surgery and they wouldn’t cancel. So I’m back to Holiday Inn

Shower head in our room was terrible. Only worked on a few settings. Definitely needs replaced!
