This is the place to stay when traveling with family. We upgrade to a bunk bed room when available and love the extra space and full size couch. My kids love the pool, with its indoor and outdoor options. This hotel had the best complimentary breakfast. Great variety, with staff onsite constantly restocking and cleaning. This place really is a hidden gem when visiting Tulsa.

They raised my rate and when I arrived, they only had me scheduled for two nights instead of three nights, so I ended up paying full rate for the extra day as they called it. They also made reference to the error in the reservation being Expedia problem.

First impression, as always, is the staff at the Registration Desk. They were especially helpful and professional. It is very easy to deal with genuinely kind people in any situation, and these employees were very nice. They had run out of rooms like we needed that day and gave us an automatic upgrade. The room they gave us was so nice; roomy, clean and enjoyable. This made us wish we were staying longer as the room was so "like home." Like I told Max at the front desk the next day, this single night stay was the best bang-for-the-buck room we had stayed in for quite some time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

It was just one night stay but we liked everything. Max was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could include some more healthy options - think whole grain breads, warm vegetables, protein smoothies, etc. Other than that I can't think of anything else. It was great. Thank you.
