The property was clean and well kept. Location perfect and safe. Literally next to a hospital. The front desk was friendly and always available. The location was perfect. We were so close the Arthur Ave Little Italy!! We went to Yankees game 20 minute Uber. Next door was a Healthy Fresh store open to 3 am!! Very safe area. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great location and easy access to the bus and local stores.

Tv internet signal had some stretches which it went on and off during some World Cup matches.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but location was not great. Near Arthur Avenue but across the street from a hospital though we actually didn’t hear ambulances like we assumed we would. Public transit isn’t nearby so you need to use Uber if going anywhere.

Didn't give us the reservation we made in March. Reserved 2 queen room received 1 queen and 1 fold out couch. I think they should have at least folded the couch out.
