The room was not cleaning

I've been to a lot of hotels in NY, as my wife is a flight attendant based here. This was, without any doubt, the worst hotel experience I can recall. I definitely will not be booking with the Holiday Inn ever again. The biggest issue is that the hotel is apparently situated adjacent to a rave event that goes until 2 am. My wife and I were subjected to brutally loud rave music for about 5 hours, leading up to 2 am. I'm talking massive bass that caused your pillow to vibrate. Pure torture. We didn't sleep a bit that night. Second, I got this room because it had a full kitchen. Maybe this is my fault, but I would have expected the kitchen to have basic things like pots, pans, maybe utensils. It was 100% barren, and the hotel doesn't offer anything. What is the use of a full kitchen if I'd have to go to the store and purchase these items? I'm totally confused. Making matters worse, we didn't realize that the fridge wasn't working, and all of the food that we purchased was spoiled by the morning. Finally, I'm annoyed that they imposed a $125 incidental fee to our bill. I'm at a complete loss as to what incidentals I could have possibly incurred, and how they could possibly add up to $125. This experience was complete joke, and we are very bitter about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I cant say anything negative about the hotel. However the location super sketchy. If you want to stay in this hotel is ok to sleep and breakfast is pretty good. Just dont think you wanna go for a brisk walk.

Size bed very comfortable all amenities are new the bathroom was clean no hair dryer. The staff where very polite, the attention at breakfast time was super the girl was very nice and attentive to all clients laundry the ladies where very nice and expressed all the time if we need anything else or extra

Second time staying here. Only a few minutes walk to Arthur Avenue (little Italy ) Bronx zoo is only a 16 minute walk. Yankee stadium is only a 6 minute urber drive. Location is prime! Breakfast is decent. Good coffee. Clean rooms. Bed is super comfortable. Ac is a bit noisy. Great WiFi. Would absolutely book again.

The room was excellent well clean bathroom very clean.

First time in the Bronxe, Great Hotel for reasonable price.
