Super 8 by Wyndham Bronx Near Botanical Garden

Hallways smelled like someone was smoking. Curtains did not fully cover windows, which was bad for privacy.

Clean and affordable love it

I don’t plan to ever stay here again. It says it’s botanical garden but there is no subway there so it’s a 1.4 mi walk or Uber ride either way. There is no checking your bag which is total trash. The front desk guy at checkout was rude and unhelpful and the breakfast was awful. I also had a guy screaming cursing and banging on doors at 2 in the morning for like 20 minutes before someone on duty came up despite the fact that there are cameras in all the hallways. Also the building smells like pot. And finally the cleaning service left a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom from the previous guest.

The Property. Was Clean, Maid Service, None Spoke English, Front Desk Didn't Know Where I Can Get Food, Room Was Clean, But Small, Tv Had Limited Channels, Other Guest Were Loud And Smelled Like Weed, For What I Paid I Expected Better

The staff is not welcoming. A simple hello goes a long way. If I’m spending my money, I expect great service. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean good hospitality and resources on helping me get something to eat

Dirty room that smelled like smoke, even though it was non-smoking. There were hairs all in our sheets and dirt all over the floor. Our neighbors were banging on the wall and random people were wandering around the hotel. The area seems very unsafe. Very difficult to find street parking and to be honest I didn’t feel safe leaving my car anywhere. We ended up leaving immediately and scrambling to find another hotel.

The proximity to where I needed to go! The room was noisy, smelled like cigarettes and weed on both room and hallway and elevator. People loitering in lobby. Room is small!

Not a good area. Room was not clean when i spoke to the person at the desk they apologized but were not accommodating. Just sorry about that. Did not offer a new room or to send someone to clean it up then. Would not recommend

Room was ok. Lobby, Corridors, elevators were uncleaned and had strong smoking smell (cigarette ). Surrounding area of the hotel felt unsafe - constant police presence / sirens.

That I had a place to sleep for a night. It smelled of "death weed", the hotel is unprofessional and is no where near the Botanical Garden.
