Better to pay 1-2 hundred dollars more to a decent hotel. Booking.com please remove this place from your list.

Nothing. Extremely poor presence of the facility. Needs to be renovated to hotel standards There was no phone in the room. Additionally, the vending machines for drinks and snacks were unavailable because they were out of service. These issues contributed to an unsatisfactory experience and reflected poorly on the facility's overall condition.

They have good lights in the room There pillows are very small and bad condition. They need new pillows, bathroom has no toilet paper, there's no blanket in the room. Lots of things they need to improve

It had Parking The door was unlocked when I got to the room. It seemed like it was a place people might rent by the hour. Also, I did not realize some of the rooms are smoking.

The location The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the bathtub was rusted, the floors wasn’t clean. My family and I felt uncomfortable.

The hotel Is decent, some staff are friendly and compassionate, when you request tissue paper or room service they provide it, the position is ok and not too far from the subway Withlock AVE. You get TV, microwave, mini fridge (empty) and the heating is working good. Close to a local supermarket for purchase of basic living essentials like drinks and water Some workers at reception follow policy and don't realise that being in a foreign country can be challenging when your phone network

The room was warm. They advertised complimentary breakfast on their website but it was not available during my stay. They had only one half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom for four guests! I felt embarrassed having to call downstairs for toilet paper. The key card didn’t work properly and staff had to keep opening the door for us. There was no coffee machine, no hair blow dryer or enough towels in the bathroom. The staff was unfriendly and did not appear to like interacting with the guests who choose the lower class treatment they provided here. I’ve done low budget hotels before and this one was definitely one I wouldn’t rebook.

Staff was very nice.... Room was great size.. The wallpaper is falling off..there was mold in the bathroom..it should get some touch ups..but it worked for the night..

It has a very good location, close to the train station. The place has free parking, I really liked the location and it smells clean, although it is not as clean as it smells. The staff is very good and helpful. I didn’t like that the room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The sheets smelled good but the bathroom was not so clean. There was even a condom attached to a painting in the room. My room was 214.

It was not available there in the premises there is cannabis smell in the corridors all over the times. it was noise.

If you need a place to stay and you're not trying to pay for fancy NY hotels this place is great. If ya don't feel like driving to upstate NY to fish, the Bronx river is literally in the back parking lot. Nice lil strip to walk around, good old school NY graffiti all around which reminds ya where you're at. I stayed there to see HR from the bad brains, he kicked ass . Hotel is good cuz they have parking and then just take taxis wherever you have to go. They advertise "continental" breakfast which i got happy to see but when I woke up and rode the elevator with some random "woman of the evening", I found an empty vending machine and no waffles as they advertise.. it's cool, Uber eats dominicans bring ya nice breakfast from down the block.

Most things were ok. I didn't like the TV. I didn't have any wash cloths in the bathroom.

Not much to like about this hotel Not the type of hotel as advertised. The Internet was erratic and did not work most of the time. There were no TV channels to watch. There was no complementary tea, coffee, or water.
