Bad

Nothing. This place is horrible The door to my room looked like someone kicked it in, the toilet looked like a bathroom stall toilet. Some of the plugs didnt have covers. The pillows on the bed look like throw pillows and not real bed pillows. My key card all of a sudden stopped working. The towels where all like hand towels. Had to go buy a real towel to dry off with. It was a horrible stay. The pictures draw you in but once you get there its ghetto as hell.

To much activity going around outside the building in the parking lot

The parking lot as soon u come u can park The door have some kind of problem anytime u get out and come back in and try to open ur door it don’t work and I have to go all the way to the reception so they can reactivate the key so u can used it again so can u imagine if ur stay is about 5 days

Nothing Everything

Nothing at all. First off, it’s a lot of prostitution that runs in and out the hotel. Which I kind of figured they know who they’re , the workers are just greedy for money. All of that is happening while kids are inside this property. The rooms are dirty && stained, the mattress covers have stains, there’s a man that runs around at 10:59 (checkout is 11) banging on doors all type of time screaming checkout, && it’s just pure nasty in there. I don’t understand how a hotel doesn’t have anybody body soap && towels? Because just go there to get their rocks off for a few hours and leave. Not family friendly at all

I didn't like anything. Terrible service. Room was small. Could not get another pillow. No Iron in room. Maid brought the nasty looking blankets to the room. Remote control to the TV was only given at the front desk. Towels were flimsy. Opened the window and could only see a cinder block wall. Warning, do not stay at this hotel. The hotel was not what I expected. And I have been to 2 star hotels before. The entrance is dirty, High fence around the hotel. Room smelled. Pictures on internet showed the hotel with a nice looking lobby, gym, and breakfast area which wasn't found in the property. The front desk had a bullet proof glass around the counter and clerk said it was to protect themselves. My cousin was actually scared to stay there. Money was not refunded. Better to pay 1-2 hundred dollars more to a decent hotel. Booking.com please remove this place from your list.

Nothing. Extremely poor presence of the facility. Needs to be renovated to hotel standards There was no phone in the room. Additionally, the vending machines for drinks and snacks were unavailable because they were out of service. These issues contributed to an unsatisfactory experience and reflected poorly on the facility's overall condition.
