GLō Best Western Bronx NYC

Well I waited approximately 20 minutes to check in , got a help gesture by the gentleman that check me , it took away from my usual appreciation of the hotel and staff, because I know proper etiquette and when you enter into a hotel you give the person that is checking you in a nice little provision no more than $20 but still I was unable to do that because I was waiting so long but other than that, he went outside to see if I can park in the back in the parking lot, which there was a space and that was convenient and once I checked into the room, I don’t know if the room was just clean, but the bathroom still smelled like a little pee and a room itself was comfortable. I had a good night rest, but I’ll give it two stars or maybe three out of five.

I enjoyed my stay and staff was very helpful. I recommend 👌. Comfortable and cozy.

The stay was just okay. Not much staff on duty so I waited for 10mins to be greeted. Once in my room, I realized that the TV was not connecting to the Internet. The phone in the room wasn't working so I had to use my cell to contact the front desk. Cell service was horrible. The receptionist came to the room to try to fix the connection and was unsuccessful. I asked to switch rooms but was told they were at full capacity. Hours later she offered a refund or room switch.

A great place to stay, very clean and accommodating.

The bed is not good I tell them tots of Tim to change my room or the bed bu them not doing it is not good

Nice clean place the price was decent for NYC pricing. Being in the Bronx not the greatest but we came to help our daughter move. The not so great is very limited parking. Closest garage was four or five blocks away. There was no blow dryer in the room. I read other reviews about this, so I brought my own!

The staff was so nice, the property was clean, the rooms were cozy and the breakfast was delicious. Also they sell full bottles of simply juice at the front desk!

I have been saying here from some weeks the stay is good and the staff is great.

Did not let me check out early and my car was crashed into in their lot and they did not help

Location to the hospital. Subway noise. It wasn't too bad though.

Free parking and free breakfast is all this place offers that it good. Other than that is bloody sheets, WiFi internet that doesn’t work, & and loud knocking sounds from AC.

I love everything about this hotel! The facilities, the breakfast, the staff, the location, it is all exceptional! There isn't anything I didn't like.

GLO BW in the Bronx had friendly and helpful staff! I hade the breakfast there one out of the four days I was there and it was good. They offered a variety. Eggs, bacon, veggie sausage, oatmeal, coffee, fruit, and of course waffles! The lady who was the attended was helpful and kind to everyone who came in. Restrooms on the 6th floor always had pee on the toilet seat, but other than that everything else was clean! The room was nice, shower had great water pressure, was clean, they provided shampoo/conditioner/soap was citrus and great! TV was big and you could log into your youtube/netflix accounts. Hotel is conveniently located by a grocery store and deli. 5-7 min walk from Freeman St. and Simpson St. subway stations!
