GLō Best Western Bronx NYC

Based on my stay, I had a really great day. Location was right around my family‘s house so it was definitely convenient. Although only issue I have was the TV did not work at all. I’m grateful that I had my laptop with me to compensate for the TV not working not a big deal cause I didn’t stay in the room a lot just to rest but yes, room 105. I hope they fix the TV there. The next guest might not be so acceptable.

I couldn't believe one of the kitchen staff tuned off a waffle machine while I was making a waffle for my year old boy today stating they are close. Who does that. I get it if I had not started but to turn a machine off while a costumer was in the middle of making food for a toddler?. Awww. I even asked this person " now you turned this machine off what do you want me to feed this kid" all she could tell me is "we are close". She is very heartless. Would wish authority review end of 8/9 kitchen camera. Its sad

Even though the hotel is deep in the Bronx, Security was great. Service was great. You can enjoy a breakfast in the morning complementary. The room was clean and inviting. The majority of the staff was helpful.

Had a nice time their staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean . Only needed the room for a quick getaway

It was ok but sometimes they leave the same bed sheets on it after cleaning the room

The room was fairly clean but the bathroom had hair in the shower and did not appear clean. The rest of the property was nice and clean. I liked the white bedding and contemporary design.

The breakfast was not all that appetizing. Overall, I had a good stay.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Right next to the overground subway station. Laminate floors in room and bathroom were so slick I could barely even stand up. Hotel of last resort.

The room had used soap bar with a wrapping of the soap on in the garbage. Bathroom was used with toliet paper on the ground. Further trash bins had tissue and garbage that were not removed. Looked like room was used and not cleaned

in the hotel was not very clean. They were Heras in the shower when we got there. To top it off It's right next to a subway rail so you hear a lot of noise all night. The staff was neutral not to helpful, but not rude either. We had to stay due to unforeseen circumstances with our flights, but definitely do not recommend it.

The beds were sooooo comfy! We slept very well! The staff was very friendly and accommodating after our unplanned trip to New York getting stuck after flight reroutes and delays for 3 days. Free breakfast was wonderful as well!
